  1. Preference for Date Format in Maximizer Web Access

    In the Maximizer CRM Windows Client, users can choose whether all dates in Maximizer are displayed as Long (4 January 2016) or Short (4/1/16) under Setup > Preferences > Format.

    However, this preference doesn't appear to exist in Maximizer CRM 2016 Web Access, and if you change this preference in the Windows Access, it doesn't reflect in the Web Access.

    Please add this functionality to Maximizer CRM Web Access in future versions? Thanks

  2. Support "Friendly" Company Names

    In many scenarios, a Company will have a formal name (International Business Machines) and a colloquial name (IBM). We should have a facility that allows me to record both values in the Company record. When performing a Company search, it should incorporate both the existing "Company" field, and the new "friendly" field. That way, I can search for either "International Business Machines" or "IBM" and be taken to the same record.

  3. We want to be able to do a backup of our CRM Live database on our own computers at our office.

    Provide a way for us to backup our database on our hard drives in our office. Do not like having something so valuable only accessible via someone else's cloud based servers.

  4. Add ability to Copy Appointment in the Calendar

    A customer of ours has suggested it would be really useful to be able to copy an appointment in the Calendar, and paste this on a different date, so they don't have to re-enter the details again.

  5. Outlook integration. When you save an email to Maximizer with the Outlook integration plugin

    An option to uncheck related contacts by default in the Outlook integration webaccess.

    When you save an email to Maximizer with the Outlook integration plugin, Maximizer shows the companies or contacts which are related to the email addresses from the email you would like to save to Maximizer. In case of a lot of companies/contacts that are related to the email you have to uncheck multiple times. (10 to 15 times in my case)

    it is annoying and more effort than checking the one contact you want to save to. An option that makes the contacts being unchecked by default…

  6. Add ability to search in the Calendar

    Currently there are no options for searching in the Calendar window. It would be really useful if you could search on Subject, Priority, Address Book Entry, Assigned User/s, Date Range, etc...

    Hi, this is on our road-map. We want to implement searching capability as you mentioned for our Calendar.

  7. Recurring Hotlist Events

    There should be an option to set a task as recurring with the ability for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reminder options. Also to put in an end date or number of occurances and on a specific day if needed. Like outlook or goldmine tasks.

  10. Print Labels

    Like in the old versions, you could right click on a contact and select print label, where their basic information was printed out on a pre-determined size label sheet. Now printing labels requires a label template document with merge fields that has to be done every time.

    This will be done via the Microsoft Word Add-In for Maximizer CRM Live and Maximizer Web Access Group and Enterprise Edition!

  11. WebAccess Emails and Outlook 'Sent Items'

    One limitation of sending emails via the Maximizer Web Access is that it doesn't create an entry in Outlooks sent items.
    Would it be possible to add an optional feature where the server creates a sent item in the users 'sent items' folder?

  12. Include attachments with email templates

    The email templatges are great and save a lot of time. A nice improvement would be the ability to store a template with mutiple attachments. This way if my template is a meeting confirmation then the attachment could be a map of the venue.

    This is important for Financial Services clients who cannot rely on their clients to follow links to files and must be able to show the content of correspondence.

  13. Configurable quick search

    The new quick search feature is great, allowing you to search on First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone (all phone numbers) and/or Email Address (all email addresses).

    Can you exted this further by adding some configuration options of which fields can be searched by this search e.g. Town, Position.

    Clearly the users would need to be educated that the more you add to the quick search the bigger impact on speed performance.

    Hi, thanks for your feedback on the quick search feature. We have plans to add more functionality to the current search capability.

  14. Integrate web to lead with new Leads module

    The new leads module is great, however leads have to be manually entered or come from the upload of a list (CSV etc). Integrating the lead module and web-to-lead functionality would be a logical next step so that web leads automatically enter the lead module for handling (assigning, tracking, reporting etc). In it's current state it doesn't really benefit my firm but would greatly improve our process and lead tracking if this functionality were there.

  15. Multiple Email Addresses in a Single Email field

    Like most other products do it would be good to be able to enter multiple email addresses into say the Email 1 field, separated with a comma (,) or a semicolon (;). This would cater for communicating with both people in a couple

  16. Excel Add-In

    Provide an add-in for Excel, similar to the Word add-in which is supplied with Maximizer. This would allow the use of Excel for quotes or other documents which would have addresses or other information linked to the Maximizer database.

  17. "Move Selected Contact" button to workstation version

    It would also be nice to see the "Move selected Contact" button in the web version to the workstation version - I am NEVER able to get the drag and drop to a new company to work , it's a nightmare. When I found the "move selected contact" button in the web version I was so happy , and then confused as to why it's not in the workstation version

    Maximizer is making changes to its product line up that involved the impending discontinuation of the Windows client, in 2016. Windows client users can continue to follow the standard upgrade path to Maximizer CRM v2016, due out in late fall 2015 and then remain on that version for as long as they choose. Over time, support for CRM v2016 will cease, and the customers will have to make a decision between migrating to a solution like Web Access or Maximizer CRM Live or continue with an unsupported solution.
    We encourage customers, to continue the dialog with Maximizer Software about any potential product requirements or otherwise, which would help facilitate an easy migration to Web Access or Maximizer CRM Live.

  18. Email Window Integration - Performance Improvements

    As a support technician for Maximizer we are constantly getting complaints regarding the effects on performance of Maximizer when users open the Email window in the product.
    Quantity of email, visibility of other profiles and more recently and becoming more common, hosted email services are all root causes to the problem.
    We have exhausted all configurations to find ways around the issue but to no avail.
    This issue does need serious reviewing as it is having a big impact on our users and the success of our solutions.

  19. Maximizer CRM 12 Web Access has reduced email functionality compared to v. 11

    In previous versions of Maximizer CRM Web Access, there was a Menu link that allowed us to view emails in our Inbox.

    Although Maximizer CRM 12 Web Access is much improved over previous versions, for some reason, this functionality has been removed!

    This is critical functionality that should not have been taken away from Web Access users. Maximizer Web Access 12 users on the Windows platform can use the Outlook Add-In to handle their email. Mac users can now only send emails: they can no longer save emails to Maximizer CRM 12 Web Access!

  20. Insert the same document on multiple records with Global Edit

    With the Global Edit, we can insert the same Note on multiple records.
    We need the same feature to insert documents through the Global Edit.
