    What are the downsides to handling this through a UDF which tracks the contacts status at a company?

    Can you please tell us more details: Are you on-premise customer? what is specific use case? how often do you need to move AB entries? how many databases do you use? thank you!

    We have taken necessary steps to update Maximizer Calendar and improve synchronization with MS Outlook ad well as enable synchronization with other 3rd parties calendars. Integration with Gmail and Google Calendar is in the Roadmap and will be implemented in one of the upcoming releases

    Hi, This is on the road-map for our upcoming product version. You'll be able to define quarterly or any other custom recurrence for your appointments. Hope this helps!
