Date last contacted on opportunity
We would like to see an Date Last Contacted on the opportunity. It should be updated based on selected note or document activity on the opp itself. It would be better still if the feature monitored changes at the address book and cascaded an update one or both ways (user option). So, if I meet with the client and make a note in the address book or the opp, the address book and opp 'Last Contacted' would update. Column Setup for Documents, Notes and so on
Please add the possibility to also setup columns for all windows including Notes, Documents and so on. The standard column setup is sometimes not detailed enough.

Increase Maximum Upload sizes in the Web Client
The 4MB limit for web access uploads is too small for many customers who wish to load larger documents and emails with attachments. The Maximum upload size needs to be configurable by the administrator - possibly on a per user basis.

Change Appointment Organizer in Calendar
We have a few people who schedule all the appointments for our sales people. They usually switch to the appropriate sales persons calendar and add the appointment. No this person becomes the organizer. While making the appointment you can change the organizer but afterwards that option disappears. You they now have to delete the appointment and reenter all the data if the organizer changes.
Why not allow the organizer to be changed?

MailChimp - allow 'Unsubscribe' to synchronize with Maximizer
If a user unsubscribes in MailChimp then they are removed from synchronization, but there is no way to tell in Maximizer if that user unsubscribed.
This could be a problem with GDPR now in place.
E.g. A marketing agency uses MailChimp but the sales team email from within Maximizer. If a user unsubscribes then they may still receive mail from the sales team that isn't wanted.
Please add a feature to allow the 'Unsubscribe' in MailChimp to synchronize with Maximizer.

Allowing companies to have products
If companies had products it could be made quicker to create a customer service case. i.e. when creating a case for a company show the products that the customer has and not the whole list (with the option for the user to see the whole list).
In our environment it would be unusual for a case to be created for a product that the company doesn't own.
At the moment we have to store this in a seperate UDF at the company.
We have products at case, campaign and opportunity why not Company?

Inconsistent / confusing search behaviour when searching Address Book fields from Case/Opportunity windows
Maximizer has the options to search/display user defined fields from the address book entry in the case/opportunity windows, but they are not consistent.
If an address book field is added to the column setup in the case/opportunity windows Maximizer always displays the value against the company attached to the case/opportunity. It doesn’t matter if there is a contact associated with the case/opportunity or not.
When doing an All Fields search in either the case/opportunity window Maximizer and selecting address book user defined fields, Maximizer will search fields from the contact if one is attached or company fields if no contact…

Scanning Business Cards - Dymo - Direct to Maximizer CRM Live
Business Cards are still commonly exchanged in most business environments. Everyday CardScan technology allows me to scan 20 cards /minute, and is such that you can scan directly to Outlook' Addressbook, as well as directly to many common CRMs . However , the Outlook : Maximizer Address Book Entries Synchronization process produces a new record, even if the record existing in Maximizer.
It would be great if Maximizer/CardScan had a driver to get new contacts into Maximizer CRM Live.

Trouble finding Opportunity/Case when saving email from Outlook Toolbar
This comes up from different customers for different reasons, but it is essentially the same issue. The user can't easily find the correct record to save the email against.
If the user has "Confirm when saving email" turned on (which I would always recommend doing anyway), the initial list returned may not show enough unique information to identifiy the correct record to save the email against.

Opportunity Reassignment and Opportunities without a Company Assigned
In certain industries you do not know who the end customer for your opportunity is until the deal closes (i.e the quote may be to a sub contractor) In these cases it is desirable to be able to reassign the company that the opportunity is linked to, effectivley moving the opportunity from the sub contractor to the enduser/client where the goods /services will be delivered.
Ideally in the same industries it would also be a great benefit if you could have opportunities no customer (which could be assigned later). I think having a linked partner would be recommended.

Add Make Selected List Current option to right click menu
This would be a great little addition to save time for users - tick multiple entries, right click on the address book and have the ability to make the selected list current - many other Edit Menu items are available but this one is missing.

Open a docx document and save it back to Maximizer word document (update in stead off creating a new copy)
When you open a MS Word document from Maximizer you can edit this document. But when you save this document back to Maximizer a new copy is added to the documents tab in Maximizer. We would really like to see a save option to update the same document in Maximizer.
Because on opening the document in MS Word, the name is changed by adding tmp to the name it can't be updated back to Maximizer.

Campaign tracking codes - for non-techie users
Have a button on the HTML editor to add the 'e-mail opened' tracking code within an image tag at the bottom of the page (just before the closing body tag) for those users who have been selected by their bosses to manage campaigns and are not HTML savy.
I encounter this problem all the time with clients. They are just not able to get it right.
