  1. Consolidated Activity Report - Totals for all users

    The consolidated activity report currently only lists the separate note/email totals for each user separately, however it would be useful to have a function to add up all of the note categories for all users to create an overall total for each type of note, as currently we have to manually add up each users total.

  2. Note report format

    When printing a note report directly from the notes tab, the output groups notes by contact. If a customer wishes to see a continuous timeline, this report is out of order. We see the notes for contact1 then for contact2 then for the company or household, but the most recent or oldest note can be in any one of these three buckets. This makes the report output much less useful for users trying to figure out what has happened recently. We need a format option to NOT group by contact/company/household.

  3. Opportunity Average Age - Dashboards

    It appears that the Opportunity Age field is not available as a field to perform a function on when creating a Dashboard indicator.
    Would be ideal to report on the average Opportunity age and group by Opportunity Leader

  4. Suppress Lead options when adding new AB entries

    There needs to be a system flag to indicate whether the Sales Lead option is being used or not, and if not then the options to create a Company/Indiv/Contact Lead should be suppressed in all places as when accidentally selected can cause great confusion as to why fields are not appearing in Keyfield views

  5. Add the company name field to consolidated activity report details

    Currently the details list only date time and note. Adding the company name to this detail report would be beneficial as you can't link to the record itself.

  6. phone message details

    Phone message - when a user makes a phone call and leaves a message, we'd like to see a text box that allows user entry of some details that will be logged in the notes (e.g. as with the content of the typical phone call details.

  7. Add a difference in activities for Tasks and appointments

    Add a way to see the difference between a Task and an Appointment in the activities Tab.

    This could be done with an icon or a color rule.

  8. Note reports sort options

    At this moment when you run a note report on the addressbook records that are listed in the Addressbook, a report will be shown that will sort all the notes on Last name of the contacts. Usefull if you search for a note related to a certain contact. But not usefull if you only know the company name.

    On creating a Notes report it is very usefull that the user can change the sorting order. (Companyname, last name, creation date etc.)

  9. Ability to change colors of pie chart

    Would like the ability change the colors of the pieces of pie charts. First default colors are shades of green, then blue. We only have two pieces of data being compared in one of our pie charts so the default has both of the pieces green. Would like more of a contrast to show comparison.
    Maximizer only allows changes to the text font and chart background color, should be able to change more options....

    We plan to update dashboards. New and improved dashboard capabilities are in the Roadmap and will be implemented in the upcoming releases.

  10. Add the 'Show in Map' feature that is in the Mobile Access to the Web Access

    There is a feature in the mobile access that allows the user to see where the appointment is by showing it in the map, this feature is not available in the WEB or LAN client.

    Hi, thanks for your suggestions. We have plans to show location on a map on web access.

  11. "Transfer Address Book entries" button on WebAccess

    We are using different databases for our different subs. We need to transfer address book records between databases but this feature is not available in WebAccess.

  12. Preference for Date Format in Maximizer Web Access

    In the Maximizer CRM Windows Client, users can choose whether all dates in Maximizer are displayed as Long (4 January 2016) or Short (4/1/16) under Setup > Preferences > Format.

    However, this preference doesn't appear to exist in Maximizer CRM 2016 Web Access, and if you change this preference in the Windows Access, it doesn't reflect in the Web Access.

    Please add this functionality to Maximizer CRM Web Access in future versions? Thanks

    We will add important missing functionalities from Windows to Web access in the nearest releases. This feature is in the Roadmap and should be implemented in one of the upcoming releases.

  14. Hotlist Task Activity limited to 255 characters

    Hotlist Task Activity has too little space to write. There should be a way to increase this? Number of characters to be set? I understand the idea of Maximizer that each time a new task must be created, and the old one moves to historical (completed). For us that is not very practical. Moreover we find it patronizing that Maximizer is to determine how we should work.

  16. Notes Report - Pull all/selected notes from Customer Service and Opportunities

    The Notes Report at the Address Book level can only pull "system" notes from Customer Service and Opportunities related to the AB record.

    This capability should be expanded to include all notes from the CS and Opp modules so you can create a complete summary of interactions with the AB record.

  17. Activities tab filters should be saved per user in Web Access

    Currently, users have to set the filter settings on the Activities tab in Web Access every time they log in. We believe that this filter should be saved past the current session, just like it is in the History tab.

  18. Help File Text re Email Editor

    From the Home ribbon - Email (drop down) - Email Message Editor. The help file states that “If you wish to send email to more than 1,000 entries at a time, you must either choose the Separately option or select the entries in several groups of 999 or less.” You can set this option to be selected by default when sending email to multiple entries in your email preferences. (On the Setup tab, select Preferences, and select the Email tab.) In reality Maximizer recommend using the Campaign Manager for sending bulk emails. I think that the Help File should have…

  19. Configurable quick search

    The new quick search feature is great, allowing you to search on First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone (all phone numbers) and/or Email Address (all email addresses).

    Can you exted this further by adding some configuration options of which fields can be searched by this search e.g. Town, Position.

    Clearly the users would need to be educated that the more you add to the quick search the bigger impact on speed performance.
