We want to be able to do a backup of our CRM Live database on our own computers at our office.
Provide a way for us to backup our database on our hard drives in our office. Do not like having something so valuable only accessible via someone else's cloud based servers.

I agree, We can take incremental backups of our data from Office 365, and it's nowhere near as important or valuable as our Maximizer data. Please could you make this a priority? This suggestion has been hanging around for 4 years and nothing has been done about it.

The ability to create our own backups is something I believe is a great necessity to ensure integrity of our data.
Do you have any update on this?
We'll take a look and see what's involved with making that happen. We do take your data seriously and our cloud server has redundancy systems in place to ensure that your data remains intact and safe. I like the idea of a restore point as well.
I totally agree and urge Maximizer to provide option to backup our database on our hard drives. Otherwise, I do not feel comfortable to accumulate years of client data on Maximizer's cloud and not on ours. Doing so, I do not safeguard the security of all client base. Wish Maximzer will not take too long of time to allow such backup option. It is serious to me before I launch and remmend to other users to enter data and go paperless. Going paperless and easy accessible online cannot be compromised with data not being backup at our end.
IMPORTANT AND URGENT.
This would be ideal - or a second option would be to have a previous day version of the database available in the cloud. Sort of a restore point it something major happens. I have already had a situation where I removed a customer and 10 years of history in error and had no way to retrieve this info. If I knew I could restore to the day before I could get this info back...
