    Need to be able to see the month of the Dashboard when printing the indicator - Currently only Last month or Current month will show on printout. but users need to know what month the Dashboard was printed for

  2. As a manager i would like history of my staff's login

    As a manager i would like history of my staff's login, including if i can see them logged in currently. A report that you can view a specific period of login in and login out.

  3. Note report format

    When printing a note report directly from the notes tab, the output groups notes by contact. If a customer wishes to see a continuous timeline, this report is out of order. We see the notes for contact1 then for contact2 then for the company or household, but the most recent or oldest note can be in any one of these three buckets. This makes the report output much less useful for users trying to figure out what has happened recently. We need a format option to NOT group by contact/company/household.

  5. Opportunity Average Age - Dashboards

    It appears that the Opportunity Age field is not available as a field to perform a function on when creating a Dashboard indicator.
    Would be ideal to report on the average Opportunity age and group by Opportunity Leader

  6. export documents and notes in chronilogical order into one file

    Due to Subject Access Requests we often have to print out in hard copy on single sided paper all emails, documents, notes and other files in chronological order including date stamps and headings. It would be very helpful if it were possible to do this as a report to a pdf file or similar.

  7. Important Note search

    Important Note search.We sometimes mark notes as important for review when we are meeting the client again, and remove them upon discussion. It would be nice to run a report of all important notes in the database and make sure they were addressed and remoived if necessary

    Executive and IT managers would like to track when users login. Ideally the audit log would include each login and provide a summary report of 'last login' per user.

    I would like the ability to create a Dashboard Indicator on elapsed time for Customer Service cases. It would be helpful to me and my team to see at a glance our average time in resolving different types of cases.

    Allow to search for all UDF's and System fields.

    I would like to create a report for the Marketing information under email addresses which shows which contacts gave us marketing consent, when they gave the consent and when they are about to expire.

  12. Even out date intervals on X-axis by including dates with a Y value of 0

    Currently if you are building an indicator with a user-defined Date value on the x-axis, it will only plot the dates that have a Y SUM value greater than 0. This skews the entire graph when you are trying to look at a trend and see over time where it dips down to 0, and despite the intervals being evenly spaced physically on the graph the actual # of days between each interval can vary greatly since it is only looking at records that are greater than 0.

  13. Incomming Outgoing call report

    The Incoming Outgoing call report is very useful, but could be improved by allowing a manager to exclude calls where the result is No Answer, Left Message or Busy. This would let you count just those calls where the user made contact. Surely a more useful statistic when you are trying to manage a sales team.

  14. Column report is wrapping multi-line text rather than printing separate lines

    Using v14.0 web access we have a few multi-line columns in our column setup. One has name and city and the other is opportunity description. In each case, we get this:

    Name, City: New York

    rather than:

    Name
    City: New York

    In the description of the opp put in products like this:

    Item1
    Item2
    Item3

    but in the column report or excel export, we get this:

    Item1 Item2 Item 3

    We want to preserve the line returns as we see on the screen in web access.

  15. When we drill down from the Dashboard the Column Setup associated with the search catalog for this Dashboard indicator should be displayed

    The dashboard indicator is assiciated with the search catalog
    and the search catalog has option to assiciate the column setup with it
    when we use this catalog the column setup changes automatically if associated column setup is defined.

    BUT from dashboard when we drill down the same thing does not happen.

    it would be highly useful because there are plenty of User Defined Fields and when we drill down we actually want to see the data that gives insight of this performance indicator.

    and we cant tell the decission makers to remember and change perticular column setup.

  17. Excel Reports - File Size

    We urgently need the possibility of importing a file size in excess of 10mb into Address Book Excel Reports. It is not large enough to cover our database using the Standard Report Format view.

  18. Time tracking report for a task related to a client

    It would be great if we could track time when working with a client then create a report to see the total time spent on a task. Even if we could search in a client field a list of time tracked to see it all together. Currently the time tracking is not that useful.

  20. Per-Data Item drill down in multi-value Dashbaoards

    When clicking on a specific items in a pie or bar chart, allow the drill down to be set to go to a different -sub-Dashboard depending per Item in the chart/graph. For example, first graph show's Wines by Red/White/Rose, Clicking on Red, goes to a graph of all the different Red Wines (in a different UDF). Using conditional-mandatory field could help keep both "levels" of UDF populated.
