  1. Learn to Use Tables and Lists in Apple Mail

    You can drag and drop an image into the appropriate place while writing a new message in Apple Mail. What about other necessary text formatting elements like tables and bulleted lists? Only the text formatting is editable in macOS and Mac OS X Mail, but TextEdit, which comes bundled with every Mac, makes it easy to access additional tools for a more comprehensive toolkit for email formatting.

  2. Consolidated Activity Report

    The Consolidated Activity Report was very important for monitoring staff activity in Maximizer. It was used in performance reviews and coaching. It showed how active a user was and their activity.

  3. Include Duration UDFs as dashboard primary fields

    Please include duration fields in the primary fields list, used when constructing a dashboard indicator. So their values can be averaged, summed, etc, in the indicator. They're not included at the moment. Formula fields are included, so it's not obvious why duration fields are not included.

  6. Timesheet for users / logging useage

    As a manager with employees working remotely, it would be helpful to have a timesheet function where management can track user log-in/log-out. Instead of asking for employees to log their hours manually, they can simply log-in and work as usual. Tracking user activity within Maximizer can also ensure proper usage and training.

  7. Allow pdfs & Word docs to appear in Company Announcements on My Work Day section

    Currently you can only upload text or html files to the Company Announcements section for them to appear in My Work Day. Even with html files, images do not appear on that page. This should be fixed as well as allowing pdfs and Word docs to be uploaded and appear visible to all users on the My Work Day page

    Need to be able to see the month of the Dashboard when printing the indicator - Currently only Last month or Current month will show on printout. but users need to know what month the Dashboard was printed for

  10. Note report format

    When printing a note report directly from the notes tab, the output groups notes by contact. If a customer wishes to see a continuous timeline, this report is out of order. We see the notes for contact1 then for contact2 then for the company or household, but the most recent or oldest note can be in any one of these three buckets. This makes the report output much less useful for users trying to figure out what has happened recently. We need a format option to NOT group by contact/company/household.

  12. Opportunity Average Age - Dashboards

    It appears that the Opportunity Age field is not available as a field to perform a function on when creating a Dashboard indicator.
    Would be ideal to report on the average Opportunity age and group by Opportunity Leader

  13. export documents and notes in chronilogical order into one file

    Due to Subject Access Requests we often have to print out in hard copy on single sided paper all emails, documents, notes and other files in chronological order including date stamps and headings. It would be very helpful if it were possible to do this as a report to a pdf file or similar.

  14. Column report is wrapping multi-line text rather than printing separate lines

    Using v14.0 web access we have a few multi-line columns in our column setup. One has name and city and the other is opportunity description. In each case, we get this:

    Name, City: New York

    rather than:

    Name
    City: New York

    In the description of the opp put in products like this:

    Item1
    Item2
    Item3

    but in the column report or excel export, we get this:

    Item1 Item2 Item 3

    We want to preserve the line returns as we see on the screen in web access.

  16. Notes Report - Pull all/selected notes from Customer Service and Opportunities

    The Notes Report at the Address Book level can only pull "system" notes from Customer Service and Opportunities related to the AB record.

    This capability should be expanded to include all notes from the CS and Opp modules so you can create a complete summary of interactions with the AB record.

  17. Include Notes data within Dashboard indicators

    Ability to crate Saved Searches using Notes and Documents data and filter on all the parameters and text searching fields within these data objects. This would then flow onto ability to see this "activity" at a Dashboard level.

  20. Allow complex queries for Dashboard indicators and enable users to scale indicators

    Many people want to make a dashboard indicator from multi-select table fields and the way Maximizer uses the fields makes this useless.

    What we should be able to do is derive a bar chart or pie chart from a SQL Query. But currently you can only use a single number result from a query.

    Another common dashboard item request is to show a bar chart of the number of notes made by each user for a period of time. It’s a trivial query to write, but at the moment you have to write one for each user.
