Add "rolling date" option to tasks menu
It would be great to add an option to set a “rolling date" range in the tasks section……part of the custom date like in hotlists
This is available in hotlist section but is there somehow to set it under the task menu as well? It would actually be a great idea to add this anywhere that dates are an option but especially to do list sections like hotlist/task/activities/etc

Currently in a task you can only assign it to one user, but it would be handy to assign the task to a group/team or select multiple users

Completed Task - remove strikethrough
Remove strikethrough from completed tasks. The strikethrough makes it difficult to see the information in the completed task. Change the strikethrough to another indicator (checkmark, color etc)

In the New Tasks screen add the ability to edit categories
We should be able to edit the categories in the New Task screen. For example, add persons for the Task to be assigned to. Add options to the Regarding, Category and Result drop down box so we can customize this to our business.

Add colors to Task Dashboard
I would like to be able to add colors to the Tasks in the Dashboard to make it easier to see tasks at a glance and also assign tasks.

Add columns in Task Dashboard
I would like to be able to add additional columns to the Task Dashboard. For example, add a Status column where a task would switch from initial, to in process, to pending etc. depending on the status of the task.

I would like to send a task email to someone who is not a user. Our office used a shared in box for our shared tasks s
Our office used a shared inbox for our shared tasks. since that email is not associated with a person - we have to work around the system to send tasks to our shared inbox. Our team works parttime and everything needs to live in on place -for the shared work load. your system is based on individuals with their own work load - can you introduce some flexibility?

The 'regarding' field when setting up a task should be an editable drop down list
The 'regarding' field when setting up a new task should be an editable drop down list. Currently it only says 'opportunity' or 'case' but personalizing it would enhance the task feature

Recurring future Tasks
It would seem that having ALL future activities available to see would be beneficial to managing tasks.

Recurring tasks added to client's activity tab
Right now, when setting up a recurring task for a client, it only shows in the task list. We need the recurring task to show up under the client's activity tab so when we view the client's information, we can see what is coming up!

Notes of Hotlist default to Public
Right now, when you create a task under a contact, if the contact is assigned a security group, the task itself defaults Full Access to Public. Adjust it such that tasks created for a contact follows the contacts' security settings for Full Access and Read Access.

Completing more than 1 task
When completing more than 1 task you can literally watch each task being marked completed with a check mark. It is not intuitive that the user can browse away from the process and continue working in Maximizer. I suggest having the routine complete in the background similar to the Global Edit where once it is initiated the user is prompted to continue working in Maximizer

Modify Task Date on Action Plan Tasks
User is applying an action plan to a batch of 200 contacts. The plan has about 7 tasks in it spread out of 10-12 days. This user can call through about 50 such tasks a day and then wants to modify the dates to future dates in batches of 25-50 entries. Right now these tasks are not impacted by the Modify Task Date command. All that is needed is a control to indicate whether action plan dependent items should be moved along or not.

Change contact on hotlist task
Would like to be able to associate a hotlist task with a different contact - change it from one contact or company to another.

Make creation date editable in interactions.
Ability to change creation date in interatictions for to do items as was possible previously when to do items were logged into notes.

Global Edit option in the Hotlist Edit menu
A big issue I have with the Hotlist is the lack of a Global Edit option in the Edit menu, as I’d like to be able to select multiple records & alter the Priority field value on them to get more out of the system in terms of my daily planning. There is an option to Modify Task Date but that does only apply to Tasks & not Appointments, when it should work for both, & I'm guessing that the same constraint applies to the Reassign option as it's heading when selected is "Reassign Hotlist Tasks", so this whole Edit…

Global edit of uncompleted action plan task activity description
Please add the option to apply a changed action plan task activity description to all uncompleted tasks previously scheduled from the action plan. From time to time we review an action plan, and clarify/improve the task activity descriptions within it. But there is no option to apply those same changes to uncompleted tasks that have been scheduled from the action plan already. We would like to be able to apply those changes to those tasks - a bit like a global edit. This is significant to us because we may have hundreds of tasks arising from multi-task action plans applied…

Sequential task on action plans
We would like to be able to generate a list of sequential task that to illustrate a work flow, or sequence of events that is not tied to follow ups. For example, a job aid might have 20 steps to perform a task. We'd like to be able to enter that job aid into maximizer so that all staff can follow the same procedure. However we only want one follow up at the end of the sequence, or the ability to enter follow ups at our discretion and not have the follow up required for each task.

Action plans
Currently in a task you can add more then 2000 characters I am hoping that it can also be added to action plans as you can only add 255 characters in a task in action plans

Hotlists
When using hotlists, there should be an easy option, to connect the hotlist task directly to the customer file. Instead of have to navigate 3 pages currently, before getting back to the customer file
