I am really shocked that this is something open. Sending mass emails with mailchimp integration based on target groups (like industry, branch) is set on companies and not contacts. Contacts change, companies much less.
So please get this done fast. This is really critical and should be an absolute basic of a CRM System. -

After all this time I'm wondering why this still has not been resolved. Our older on premise version of this software had the option of letting contacts inherit UDF's. Further more, we were able to use the default entry feature in that older on Premise version to get this to happen every time a contact was entered. Fast forward few years later and I'm very disappointed by the changes made to this CRM. Having to retype all this information for every contact is ridiculous. To add insult to injury you can't even have a separate contact window open to allow you to view the information while creating the new entry. You can't even search for emails or documents in the new version because this feature is broker and remains broken. Usability of this software is very poor compared to older on Premise versions. The features are not very user friendly or intuitive and I am finding myself spending so much time trying to work around these software flaws. :(

It might be best to have an option pop-up when creating the contact to ask if you want this new contact to inherit the UDF. I agree in the time wasted entering info, especially when adding a new company and all of its contacts.

These should auto populate in a new cortact, or at least have a request to inherit the company UDF upon adding a contact.

Not having the UDF feature makes adding contacts very time consuming - this used to be a very efficient process in past versions!

UDF feature really needs to be brought into the web version. Advertising that the current version is more efficient...it really is not when setting up contacts within a company. The process is far more time consuming now, and the room for error greatly increased. Disappointed!

Not having this feature anymore is causing us great difficulty and adding a significant amount of time to the adding contacts. In addition, this also is a place where data entry errors can occur. This should have been brought to our attention as a long time Maximizer user when you recommended that we move to the cloud as you are promoting it to be more efficient and easier to use. This feature must be brought back as soon as possible and I would think that it would not be a difficult feature to set up again.

We have to have this option reinstated on your web version otherwise we will NO LONGER be able to use Maximizer , if the web version is the only way to go. we have presented to you our case in the past and discussed it at length . we were promised an update around this time of the year. please advise progress

The lack of this feature in the web portal has caused issue with our users - they go into the contacts and enter the same info as the company. It wastes time.
