Change Time Zone in Calendar When Scheduling Meetings.
The client has offices across the country. There are times when a Toronto staffer is planning to visit the Vancouver office, and wants to create a meeting request within Maximizer that is set for Pacific time for all the invitees he wants to add out there. Currently, if the meeting is made within Maximizer, he can’t set the time in Pacific time.
Outlook handles this by allowing for the selection of the time zone for each individual meeting.

Include udf in appointment desciption
We would like to be able to include data from a UDF in an appointment This could be something add by the user within the description or as something that Admin can add to every appointment.

Display Day of the Week Name at Top of Calendar Screen
The old Windows interface showed the day eg Monday beside the Date in the heading at the top right of the calendar window when in Day view, & it would be nice to have it back please, as if you email someone about an appointment & don't recognise what day of the week it is this would save having to move the email window to uncover the calendar at the right of the window

Complete recurring appointments
When completing a recurring appointment the user is prompted as follows:
'Do you want to change the "complete" status of all the other occurences of this recurring appointment?'
OK Cancel
We request that the buttons be Yes and No rather than OK and Cancel. The current labels are not intuitive.

lead activities
The lead association with tasks and appointments should not be separate from those in the address book. There are two reasons for this:
I will convert leads into the address book and I want to tasks and appointments to remain associated with the new contact.
I may have meetings (appointments) with both leads and address book entries. How do I configure a meeting with a lead who is an employee of an existing customer in the address book?
Currently when a lead is uploaded we lose the link between contact/lead and activity.

Calendar Reporting
So being able to actual run reports and advanced searches from the calendar!
So you can actually run a date and time report of meetings and all the fields within a meeting
we have to create udfs and so many work arounds to make this work when having a calendar advanced search and being to build dashboards from those fields would be amazing!

Alarms
I would like to see alarms pop up on your screen like they did in the old version with snooze options. I am not always sitting here to hear an alarm and usually have multiple screen open.

Link Maximizer appointment to current contact in addressbook
In earlier versions of Maximizer, there was button that allowed the user to link a new appointment to the current addressbook entry. This option in not in the recent versions (2018+)

Add appointment start time to the Hotlist Column View available fields
Trying to create a Column View in Hotlist that mimics the old Calendar Report that you could download on the Windows client.
I am able to select the Date field and the End Time field but not the Start Time field - it's not in the list. There's a Time field available, but this only applies to Hotlist tasks.
Please can we add the Start Time field to the list of available fields?

Appointment Description should be written to logged notes on contact
When completing an appointment, the logged note should include the long text Description field of the Appointment. This is sent in the email notification but is not written to the logged note on the contact.

Add a day repeat on a calendar event
It looks as though a yearly repeat is only available by date, not by day (2nd Saturday of June). For example, we would like to keep track of a parade that happens on the 2nd Saturday of June. The date changes yearly. This would be different than keeping track of a birthdate for example, the date never changes.

Default Appointment Interval - Dial In and set My Own Typical Time Interval(s)
Let me dial in my own Default Appointment Time Interval.
It would be great if I could define my preferred default interval for the Calendar.
For example, My appointments typically last for 90 to 120 minutes.
The options are for 60, 30, 20, 10 and 5. What this means is that I have to do more fine adjustments and the selector for time elements in Maximizer Web Access and CRM Live is kind of finicky, it either goes way too far, or selects prematurely the wrong time slot. Especially on a Tablet.

should be able to click on start time and drag to end time like Outlook.

Link Maximizer contact to Outlook appointment
When a user adds an appointment in Outlook the resulting appointment syncs to Maximizer as personal. We are requesting a button in Outlook to add a Maximizer contact to the Outlook appointment so upon syncing with Maximizer it is associated with the CRM contact.

Action Plan number of weeks limited to 2 digits is a problem
For certain purposes it's necessary to schedule Action Plan events greater than 99 weeks ahead, but this is the maximum allowed - please increase to 3 digits. Note that using Monthly time increments doesn't provide enough accuracy

Option to Pin Calendar so that it is always open
How about make the Calendar Always Viewable, regardless of what window is open?
Also, if you could do the same with notes. Then just use the up down arrows to navigate, when a given record is selected.

Make appointment templates work with Outlook invitations
It would be good if appointment email templates (in the Templates Library) worked with the "Include the iCalendar (.ics) attachment" preference. At the moment if a user ticks the iCalendar preference then Maximizer reverts to using its standard appointment email template.
