  1. Custom Tab, the Documents widget should have 'show all' option

    In the Custom Tab, the Documents widget doesn't have the 'show all' option. Would be good to have that or to follow the setting in the normal documents tab.

  2. PDF

    when printing to pdf’s with individual files, to select the ability to structure the file names to include at least one of the address book fields, including a UDF field in the file name. At present, it looks like I’d get a bunch of cryptic file names that I’d then have to open individually and customize a meaningful file name from the contents of the pdf.

  3. PDF managment

    The first would be the selectable ability to print documents from templates to pdf and have all the pdf’s go into a single pdf file, separated by page breaks. This feature was lost in the cloud version, We used to use such a feature to send a large pdf file full of invoices to a print and mail out shop.

  5. document preview

    The original versions of Maximizer had a preview pane for documents. We sorely miss this option and would like to see it reinstated for Web Access. Downloading every document is generally time consuming and an unnecessary inconvenience.

  6. Insert the same document on multiple records with Global Edit

    With the Global Edit, we can insert the same Note on multiple records.
    We need the same feature to insert documents through the Global Edit.

    Provide the ability to file templates into folders in the Template Library similar to the Company Library. Template lists can get quite long.

  8. Ability to edit documents or speadsheets stored in Maximizer without download and uploading

    Would like the ability to edit documents or excel spreadsheets that are already uploaded and attached to the clients record without downloading the documents, revising, and uploading again. Possibly a way to open document in machines "cache", revise, and save in one process. Also would be great to have a "button" in Excel to save spreadsheet to client record with a dialog box, like we have in Outlook for an email.

  10. Use UDF values for generating MS-Word filename (when you merge with opportunity)

    When we merge a document to an opportunity, we want to use the value(s) of a UDF(s) to create the (Word) document filename. This is because we need a proper name when we share this document with PDF in an e-mail to a contact.

  12. Add the ability to do a global edit of the properties when adding files to a contact.

    For example, I sometimes add multiple files with a certain category. It would be nice to be able to change the category for al documents being added rather than having to go into the properties for each one individually.

  14. Note and Document Updated Date

    For notes and documents display a separate date/time and user that corresponds to the last update of the item, in addition to the existing creation date/time and Creator.

  15. File naming - if the document being added has a "." or "-" in the name

    Maximizer doesn't copy all of the name to the file being added but stops before the "." or "-". It would be nice if the entire original document name could be captures so we don't have to retype it.

  16. Allow for a subject line in Notes

    As it stands now, whatever you enter as text in the note will appear in the text field (in the Notes tab in the following pane), regardless of whether or not you hit enter to move down a couple of spaces. I would prefer to have only the "subject" of the note appear when I'm looking at the notes tab. A possible solution I received from Support was to bold the subject line so it stands out but this didn't work.

  17. Make emails visible to partners in the partner portal

    We can categorize the emails, but our partners can't see them unless we cut/paste the content into a note. Partners should be able to see an attached email if properly coded.

  18. Hosted Solution: A document previewer, rather than a download each time would be useful.

    When looking at multiple documents of one client - a preview option would be useful, rather than downloading each of them.

    We need the ability to upload multiple files at once into the library. Adding one file at a time is painfully slow. Conferences often give USB sticks with multiple presentations. We want the ability to upload these easily into the Maximizer Library.

  20. When sorting Document list by creator please also keep in date order within.

    When you sort the Document list by creator it doesn't keep them in date order. Searching through lots of saved documents can be difficult when the dates are all over the place.
