  1. Clear partial packets on remote sites when packet transport is incomplete

    At times our remote users have a disrupted MaxExchange process while the packets are uncompressing. We want the system to automatically clear these uncompressed packets to allow processing to proceed, or at leat to prompt for deletion (which will have the same result). At it stands, these packets hold up processing until they are deleted.

  2. Ability to make an Appointment recurring after you've created it

    You can only make an Appointment recurring when you create it. When you double-click on an existing Appointment, the "Recurring" button is greyed out.

    Ideally, you should be able to make an Appointment recurring after the event - for example, if you schedule a meeting which you then decide to repeat in a weeks' time.

  3. Complete recurring appointments

    When completing a recurring appointment the user is prompted as follows:

    'Do you want to change the "complete" status of all the other occurences of this recurring appointment?'

    OK Cancel

    We request that the buttons be Yes and No rather than OK and Cancel. The current labels are not intuitive.

  4. Undo option when you Make List Current

    How many times have you spent time manipulating data in Maximizer and clicked Make List Current only to realise that you meant to Invert Selection first? Yes this is a user error but oh so frustrating. The ability to go back (undo) to the previous list would be grately appreciated.

  5. Zapier integration with the Leads module

    Zapier integration with the new leads module is currently not available, would be great to add this endpoint for the leads module for integrations moving forward.

  6. Email Reminder for Hotlist Tasks

    Since we now support email reminders for appointments to support mobile access users, we should also support email reminders in hotlist tasks. Otherwise, there is no alter for mobile access users to deal with a task.

  7. Recurring appointments with no end date

    When I set a recurring appointment I want to be able to set a no end date so that when I synchronize the appointments will sync.If I do not put an end date the first occurrence synchronizes but not the recurrences.

  10. Hide Products/Services items

    We now have many old items in our Products/Services drop down for Opportunities and Cases. We would like to be able to hide older items so they don't show.

    We recommend pre-pending the old products with “zzz_” to indicate that they are no longer available, so that they are at the end of the list, and so that you can still run reports for products that are no longer sold

  12. Separate "automatic" Notes from "manual" Notes.

    The new date range filters on the Notes tab are great. However, I would like to see system-generated Notes placed on a separate tab. These Notes are great as a historical reference, but generally don't add much value in day-to-day usage. User-generated Notes (Manual, Email, Phone, etc) frequently contain relevant information users need to access and should be accessible from a separate location than the generic "audit trail" Notes.

  14. Date UDF issue with "Include in Hotlist" attribute

    Date UDF's that have the "Include in Hotlist" attribute have one major flaw: a Hotlist task is added to all Maximizer users!

    As an example, we have one called "Next Follow-Up Date". Even though I didn't add it to the client records, I received 4 tasks in my Hotlist today!

    Can a future version of Maximizer CRM track who added a date UDF with this attribute to a client record and add the Hotlist task to that user's record only? Or even better, change the attribute to 2 attributes: "Add to all Hotlists" and "Add to user's Hotlist who used…

  15. Ability to backup Maximizer Live

    I used Maximizer Enterprise for years and one of the great features was the ability to backup the entire data base and store it remotely. I experimented with Sugar CRM this past year and they do not allow you to back it up. Only they can back it up. Well... my data got scrambled in Sugar and there was no backup (backup was scrambled. Now back to Maximizer Live and really like it but we need to be able to back it up locally. Depending on the cloud to backup your data is very risky.

  16. Duration in business days

    The new duration field would be more useful to banking and business users if the concept of business days + skip weekends + skip holidays were taken into account. We often have a process which initiates on a date and then other deliverables are due after business days, weekends and holidays are accounted for. The present system only accounts for days.

  17. Better favorite lists management

    Please make it easier to manage large customer lists for sending email marketing campaigns - add/edit/remove from lists.

    • Have the actual data content of the favorite list display in its own window (or following window) - whenever new customer records are added or removed, the favorite list will reflect the updates right away.
    • Enable drag and drop from the main window into the 'favorite list window' and vice versa for adding/removing entries
    • Be able to easily tell which favorite lists that each customer belongs to

  19. Confidence Rating improvement

    Suggestion to Improve Confidence Rating use.

    The program should be rewritten as follows:

    Each Confidence rating should have a probability attached to it, just like the stages. The logic would be as follows:

    1. Set a probability rating for each stage.
    2. Set a probability for each Confidence rating.
    3. If the Confidence probability = the Stage probability, use the Stage probability.
    4. If the Confidence probability is less than or greater than the Stage probability, use the Confidence probability.

    This would make the Pipeline much more accurate. The effect would be to tweak the probability and get it much closer to the truth.…

    We would like to see an Date Last Contacted on the opportunity. It should be updated based on selected note or document activity on the opp itself. It would be better still if the feature monitored changes at the address book and cascaded an update one or both ways (user option). So, if I meet with the client and make a note in the address book or the opp, the address book and opp 'Last Contacted' would update.
