  3. Update other fields through campaign redirect url

    It would be good to allow the recipients to update other merge fields via the campaign re-direct url the same way as unsubscribe updates the Do Not Solicit By field. This would be useful in say getting RSVPs to an event invitation sent via the campaign manager. So the invitation email could include a link to RSVP, and that would then update a field in Maximizer depending on whether the client clicks yes or no.

  5. Expiry Date of Marketing Consent

    I would like to be able to create an advanced search or a report to show the EXPIRY DATE associated with "Opt-In Email Type". When we collect implied consent to send marketing emails, it expires in 6 months which is a "setting" in Maximizer, but not a field. There is currently no way to do a search to see the expiry date so we can contact them via email PRIOR to the expiry date of the implied consent.

    Sometimes you need to Suspend multiple campaigns at the same time. There is no global edit for campaigns.

  8. Campaign Statistics

    When you view the campaign plan in Maximizer you can see a lot of detail about the number of unique opens, and the number of unique visits per URL. Unfortunately you cannot access these for use in dashboards or column setups. How about adding them to the Basic fields for a campaign. Even if it only applied to the first email in a multi email campaign it would be a huge step forward.

  9. BCC on the last message of a campaign

    On the Email Addresses tab of a campaign email activity is an option to Include in the first email only for BCC and CC. These are helpful but we would also like option to allow a sender to select Including in the last email only. This would allow us to know when the last email was send. If we could have the option to do both at one time that would be even better.

  10. "Spam Score" feature for the campaign manager

    Please add a "Spam Score" feature for the campaigns.
    This feature would look at various features of the message body and campaign, such as whether an unsubscribe URL is included, or whether 'risky words' are in the email, such as free, buy, promo, etc.
    Obviously even at best this would only be able to estimate how good or bad it would be, and would never be foolproof, but it would be a good tool to allow end users to get an estimate at least and a warning if the email has a higher chance of being flagged as spam.

  12. Change the auto-send on campaigns when subscribers added

    I would like to suggest that when you add subscribers to a campaign, Maximizer loads the subscribers and then you have to click a button to send campaign? The campaign shouldn't just send right away as soon as subscribers are chosen.

  13. "un-do" function needed in the "automated campaign template" editor

    This would save a lot of time. At the moment, if a mistake is made, we have to start from scratch.

  14. Adding Merge Fields on Landing Pages

    Enter multiple merge fields in campaign email, in web links, in the subject of a campaign is a real nice feature. We are using it a lot. However, if I try to add merge field in a landing page it doesn't work. This is a great way for secure registrations and I have several clients who are requesting this feature to be available to them.

  16. Integration with LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media with Maximizer

    This integration allow the sales and marketing team to share and schedule the campaign and blogs direct from maximizer.

  17. Add a 'subscriber' contact to an on-going campaign via the right-click menu

    Currently in web access if you have an on-going campaign, you need to navigate away from the address book to subscribe a contact to the campaign by going to the campaign module and opening the campaign and then again opening the subscribers tab. This is not intuitive or efficient. Please add a hook to the right click menu called 'Subscribe to Campaign' (for example underneath add to favourite list) - which should then 'pop up' with a list of current campaigns which you can then select. It is very irritating and slow/unproductive to do this singularly every single time I…

  18. Re-introduce the Completed status for campaigns

    In Maximizer CRM 2015 web access campaigns are no longer automatically flagged as completed no can you manually flag them as completed. It is up to the end user to manually change the status from in progress to the only other option...suspended. Personally I prefer to see campaigns completed as opposed to suspended. To me suspended means there is a possibility of it being started again. Most campaigns are time based, ie: a product launch, event. It is not forever. It has a start date and an end date.

  19. Send an Error message to campaignsender when a campaign gets suspended

    Sometimes it happens that a campaign gets suspended by email service or any other reason. It would be useful to send an error message to the sender of the campaign. The sender notices that the campaign is suspended and can take action. This is especially useful for campaigns that are scheduled in the future or for campaigns with multiple action.
