  1. Global edit customer service cases

    Sometimes you need to resolve multiple cases at the same time. The current global edit does not allow you to update the "Resolved by" or "Solution Notes". It would be ideal if the Global edit dialog included the fields to correctly close multiple cases.

    • Global edit campaigns

      Sometimes you need to Suspend multiple campaigns at the same time. There is no global edit for campaigns.

        We would like to see an Date Last Contacted on the opportunity. It should be updated based on selected note or document activity on the opp itself. It would be better still if the feature monitored changes at the address book and cascaded an update one or both ways (user option). So, if I meet with the client and make a note in the address book or the opp, the address book and opp 'Last Contacted' would update.         • Emails: Allow Send Email and Save to Maximizer "Company".

          Our company currently tracks everything by the "Company" field in Maximizer, using latest 2017 version. When we send emails from outlook a pop-up box only gives us 4 options: Send Email, Send Email and Save to Maximizer Contact, Send Email and Save to Opportunity, Send Email and Save to Case.

          We need to have another option: "Send Email and Save to Maximizer Company". Because the option is currently not there, we are forced to do a multi-step workaround, and this is much more time consuming as compared to the last desktop version we were using. Please implement this, it will…

          • Expand the My/All filters on Columns/Favorite Lists/Catalog Searches (and any long list) to filter by name

            We really like the text filters that have been applied to user defined field table lists. They let us exclude all but those which match the text and allow us to control long lists.

            Right now we do not have a similar capacity to manage some elements that often have many entries. This includes favorite lists, search catalogs, column views but could also apply to document templates, security groups/teams and other objects. Please add filter by name to these lists.

            • Improve the maintenance of users in the Adminstrator module

              Add the option to change the column view of the users.Then it is possible to see values of the User UDF's or other basic user fields

              Next step is a global edit option. Instead of changing values 1 by 1 user (you can calculate the time you loose when you have +20 users.

              Also a filter option to only show the active users. Now you can sort on the Webaccess column to see the Active users, but after changing something on a user you have to sort again on the Webaccess column. Really frustrating when you are busy maintaining a…

                Add to the 'Time a Task' feature a window where the user can make notes about what was, for example, done during the time consumed by this task timer. Also, in the resulting notes record of the task, add a record of the task duration and the subject line (similar to that done when a phone call is recorded to the notes record). Thx

                  • Show notes/documents/related entries/opportunities/tickets are available in their tabs

                    At this moment when you want to look at the different entries of the company records you have to click on every tab (notes,documents,opportunities,tickets, related entries etc.) to see if there is any content available. We would like to see an indication on the name of the tab when there are items available. Maybe an indication with a number of the entries in the e.g. notes tab.                     • Action Plan number of weeks limited to 2 digits is a problem

                      For certain purposes it's necessary to schedule Action Plan events greater than 99 weeks ahead, but this is the maximum allowed - please increase to 3 digits. Note that using Monthly time increments doesn't provide enough accuracy

                      • Add a default filter criteria option to Quick Search

                        Many of the results returned in a large database covering different geographic regions or department or business unit, are irrelevant to the user pewrforming the search. To assist with this, have a tick option to the right called "Default Filter" where you can set an Advanced Search style set of criteria that are always applied in addition to the current Quick Search being executed. For example:

                        Category = Customer
                        AND
                        Account Manager = [Current User]
                        etc.

                        As a tick option a "global" search could quick by toggled on and off, but at least most users could get most relevant results…

                        • Show address details from a related contact in customer service details tab

                          Companies (customers) who are using the Customer service module in Maximizer CRM intensively want to see the address details of the related contact person. At this moment you can Show the contactperson with the option "Show in Addressbook", but it is more efficient to show the address details of the contactperson in the details tab, besides the address details of the related company. Also an option to show the address details of the related contactperson in the Keyfields section.

                            In Maximizer CRM Windows Access, we were able to search by Area Code. This is not possible in Web Access.

                            In Windows Access, searching for 514* would return all phone numbers that had 514 at the beginning. In Web Access, searching for 514* returns not only 514-***-xxxx, but also numbers like xx5-14x-xxxx.

                            Users frequently need to search by Area Code. Please implement this in the next version of Maximizer CRM!

                              When generating a calendar view report the month and day of the week are missing from the top. There is no indication what month you are looking at, which makes for a poor user experience.

                              • Customer Service Module - ability to remove billing fields

                                It would be useful if it was possible to remove the billing fields in a customer service case as a lot of customers who do use the module, have no need to enter billing information and makes the screen look overly complicated.

                                  Once a Field is created you do not have an option to add or change decimal places for the field. Why not

                                  • Office 365 integration Save Email to Documents Tab

                                    The Office 365 integration is great in the ability to create an Opportunity, but the Save Email option is lacking in that it only saves to Notes, & not the Documents tab as well as it should, so attachments etc are available.

                                    • auto copy down of UDFs from Company to Contacts

                                      Remember in the desktop version there was an option to copy down UDFs from Company level to Contacts? Is there an equivalent to that, now? It is a pain to have to manually enter the same data at Contact level

                                          I would like to be able to indicate the label position for each time I print labels. Otherwise whether I am doing 1 or 25 labels I would have to start a new page of labels for each one. That would indicate a lot of waste for expensive labels
