  1. Complete recurring appointments

    When completing a recurring appointment the user is prompted as follows:

    'Do you want to change the "complete" status of all the other occurences of this recurring appointment?'

    OK Cancel

    We request that the buttons be Yes and No rather than OK and Cancel. The current labels are not intuitive.

  2. Trigger alert based on Do Not Solicit - Email

    The new Alerts are useful - but the list of things you can trigger an alert on is missing the Do Not Solicit by field.

    This would let you show an alert every time someone unsubscribes

    Should have more features to customize the reminder emails sent to clients. option to add and remove difference options to better customize our templates

  4. opportunity column view shows company phone not contact phone number

    Column View only shows Company Phone numbers, not Contacts numbers. When selecting a opportunity you cannot view the contacts phone/cell number in the Main Opportunity window as it only pulls up the company numbers.

  5. UDF for Leads records in the new Leads Module

    The new Leads Management Module is a big step forward ! Maximizer becomes modern and intuitive for users !
    To have more flexibility, we should be able to create UDF on Leads and map these fields to UDF on Contacts/Companies/Opportunities.

  6. Mass Emails

    during our busy time of the year.. we tend to have up to 700 clients per month to contact. as of right now.. there is a character limit for the To: , BCC, or CC . would be nice to have this unlimited which will allow us to send as many client an email at a time.

  8. 2FA or MFA Support

    I'm quite surprised that Maximizer doesn't even have this as a current idea.

    Most web based systems have some form of 2 factor authentication.

    I would like to see Maximizer follow suit so we can leverage something like DUO - https://duo.com or even Google Authentication for tighter security around our CRM logins.

  11. Zapier integration with the Leads module

    Zapier integration with the new leads module is currently not available, would be great to add this endpoint for the leads module for integrations moving forward.

  12. Allow opportunity notification based on address book fields

    We have a scenario where a client wants to monitor certain companies and be notified when an opportunity is created on these companies, but not other companies. The company list is in the dozens so we ideally would setup the criteria based on some address book UDFs or basic fields as well as some opportunit fields.

  13. Sales Team Enabled Flag

    With each change in sales leadership in an organization comes a change in Sales Team makeup and distribution. Currently, there is no way to "retire" a Sales Team to preserve it for historical purposes without it continuing to clutter the various drop-downs in the UI.

    There needs to be some capability to "retire" a team so that it can no longer be assigned to new Opportunities while still allowing it to be available for historical searching / reporting purposes.

  14. Display Day of the Week Name at Top of Calendar Screen

    The old Windows interface showed the day eg Monday beside the Date in the heading at the top right of the calendar window when in Day view, & it would be nice to have it back please, as if you email someone about an appointment & don't recognise what day of the week it is this would save having to move the email window to uncover the calendar at the right of the window

  15. Search for text in documents or e-mails within one company in the documents tab.

    In the latest version (V2019) from Maximizer you can search in the note tab for text in notes. This new feature is well received and this feature should also be available in the documents tab. Searching through emails from 1 company to certain text is really needed as I am listening to my customers.

  16. leads two pane

    The leads module should present two panes as in the address book (and the rest of the CRM). Specifically, we want to keep the leads list view at the top and add a details/notes/docs/activities widget format at the bottom. Much better for speed and reducing clicks.

  17. Integrate web to lead with new Leads module

    The new leads module is great, however leads have to be manually entered or come from the upload of a list (CSV etc). Integrating the lead module and web-to-lead functionality would be a logical next step so that web leads automatically enter the lead module for handling (assigning, tracking, reporting etc). In it's current state it doesn't really benefit my firm but would greatly improve our process and lead tracking if this functionality were there.

  18. Change Time Zone in Calendar When Scheduling Meetings.

    The client has offices across the country. There are times when a Toronto staffer is planning to visit the Vancouver office, and wants to create a meeting request within Maximizer that is set for Pacific time for all the invitees he wants to add out there. Currently, if the meeting is made within Maximizer, he can’t set the time in Pacific time.

    Outlook handles this by allowing for the selection of the time zone for each individual meeting.

  19. Formula UDF - using a field with the same name as a system field

    If you have a UDF with the same name as a system field, then try to use it in a Formula field, the UDF won't be used if it is in the root folder - it will always use the system field.

    I suggest either of 2 possible changes:

    Firstly, change the way fields are referenced in formulas to use a unique identifier. That way the correct field always gets used.

    Or secondly, adding a duplicate check when creating UDFs to at least make the user aware that creating a matching field can cause issues.

  20. Loss of column setup option in contact / company search dialogs. Can this be added back?

    Since the recent update to Maximizer 2019 you could use custom column setups when searching for contacts / companies.

    - Add opportunity competitors
    - Add opportunity partners
    - Add case contact

    For some customers the basic fields in the default column view used in this dialog are not enough to find the correct record
