I'm quite surprised that Maximizer doesn't even have this as a current idea.
Most web based systems have some form of 2 factor authentication.
I would like to see Maximizer follow suit so we can leverage something like DUO - https://duo.com or even Google Authentication for tighter security around our CRM logins.

leads two pane
The leads module should present two panes as in the address book (and the rest of the CRM). Specifically, we want to keep the leads list view at the top and add a details/notes/docs/activities widget format at the bottom. Much better for speed and reducing clicks.

Combined Companies: no audit, and opportunity audit fields altered
When combining a company, the opportunities lose their original created date and user. As well, there is no specific note regarding the merge process that took place. The original creator and data information are very important and should not be changed when a company is merged.

Adjust the limit of 20 entries to show on the on the open street map option in Maximizer
It would be very usefull for our customers to have the limit of 20 entries to show on the on the open street map option in Maximizer raised to 100+ entries.

Combine Entries: add privilege, simplify and speed up
Make Combine Entries a privilege in Access Rights and simplify and speed up by doing a direct move of data, abandoning the existing copy and delete scheme. At the moment Combine Entries has a copy and delete scheme - copy the data then delete the original. but this complicates the process unnecessarily, and under-the-bonnet a direct move of data (i.e. change the ClientId / ContactNumber, etc.) should be a lot simpler and faster. UDF Report
The Reports that were in the Administrator are not available in the Web Access ie Address Book Summary & UDF Report. They should be! And the list of UDF's in the web access Setup UDF's screens should include extra columns to show details such as what level they apply ie Company, Contact, Individual, whether they are Single or multi value tables etc.

Add Make Selected List Current option to right click menu
This would be a great little addition to save time for users - tick multiple entries, right click on the address book and have the ability to make the selected list current - many other Edit Menu items are available but this one is missing.

Custom tab notes widget
The new custom tab widget for notes would be far more useful if more than one line of notes was visible at once. The current widget has too much white space and is inefficient in presenting multiple entries.
Ideally we would see something along the lines of the notes tab - one line per note withe date/time, text, creator. Then we can see several recent notes or last 5 notes - more than we can now.
The current model only shows one note, which is not enough.

Saving an email to an Opp in Outlook is hard to choose between Opps from one company.
In Outlook integration when saving an email to an opp: Changing the column setup will only make it easier to find the company/contact from the opportunity. But on the next fase it is hard to choose an opportunity when the Objective is always e.g. Upsell. It is hard to make the opportunities within a company differ from each other. Please make this customizable or add description to the screen.

Allow un-set sales process when only one exists
If there is only one sales process in the database then an existing opportunity that uses it cannot have it removed, i.e. un-set to empty. If there are two or more sales processes in the database then an existing opportunity that uses either can have it removed.
In databases with a single sales process, if a new stage is added to that sales process then it is not possible to edit this revised sales process onto an existing opportunity because of the lack of the un-set option.

TLS 1.2 Support
We just installed Maximizer 2018 R2 and found that we had to enable TLS 1.0 to get it working. TLS 1.0 is no longer secure and our security team is advising against us using Maximizer. Please add support for TLS 1.2 throughout the entire application.

Enhanced audit log reports
Our clients would like to see some additional user functionality in the audit log reports. The ability to search and filter the report to pick multiple users without having to choose all users, as well as filter by security groups or teams. It would also to be helpful to be able to refine the search to specific user defined fields.

Allow corporate identity on "Manage your email preferences" form
Add a facility for customers to customize the "Manage your email preferences" form with their own corporate identity. Perhaps via a new special template in the Templates Library.

System Reports are required for Maximizer CRM Web Access and Maximizer CRM Live
It is very difficult to see which user or group has what permissions. We need to be able to get reports on user & group permissions, privileges, and roles etc. in order to more easily administer Maximizer CRM Web Access and Maximizer CRM Live, especially when you have more than 5 users!
The old MaxExchange product provided detailed HTML reports on distribution sites. Maximizer CRM Web Access and Maximizer CRM Live need the same types of reports for permissions, privileges and roles!

Coloring rules on appointments are visible in the Hotlist but not in the Calendar
When you create a coloring rule on appointments (e.g. Product A is red), it is visible in the Hotlist. But when I view the same appointment in the Calendar, the color has not been applied.

Create missing table items - import option
May we have an option in the File Import (XLS etc) that table items that are in the import data but missing from the setup are created in the setup automatically by the import. In Maximizer CRM 2018 the import fails if table items that are in the import data are missing from the setup.

Global Edit new version 2018
It is great to have the option to add a note when you global edit in Maximizer 2018. But I miss the option to select a category. (most likely a "Global Edit" category.Later you can search much easier on category of the note than the actual text of the note.

Improve the maintenance of users in the Adminstrator module
Add the option to change the column view of the users.Then it is possible to see values of the User UDF's or other basic user fields
Next step is a global edit option. Instead of changing values 1 by 1 user (you can calculate the time you loose when you have +20 users.
Also a filter option to only show the active users. Now you can sort on the Webaccess column to see the Active users, but after changing something on a user you have to sort again on the Webaccess column. Really frustrating when you are busy maintaining a…
