  2. Interactions logging should be optional

    This new Interactions logging should be optional. i don't need more logs of notes i already am keeping. Also the foot note at the bottom of our phone call note should not be there as it makes our note void for compliance purposes. And interactions should be able to be deleted in case i make a mistake and need to make the correction it still stays logged in there - taking up space in your servers?

  3. Multiple partner email addresses

    I suggest a warning be issued when using an email for an address book entry flagged as a partner so that it doesn't accidently link data together that probably shouldn't be.

  5. Restrict Access to Live based on Working Days & Hours

    It would be desirable to restrict access to the Live system outside work hours eg from home, to reduce the chance of a disgruntled employee being able to take screen shots etc to take with them to a new job. In the Calendar/Hotlist Preferences page we currently have Work Hours & Work Days which could form the basis of this, simply with the addition of an option to "Restrict access to work days/hours".

  6. update "Favorite reports" to dynamic reporting from static

    Currently the favorite reports are static. by this I mean when you run the report under search and save it in favorites it is a snap short of that current condition and does not account for any changes or additions.

    As a simple example, if you have acitve and non active clients and you create a favourits report to only show active clients then each time you add a new client or you have a client move on you need to re run these reports from scratch and then save them again. This also applies when you are correcting data…

  8. Adding a "BACK" Button to Maximizer CRM

    Maximizer older versions used to have "BACK" buttons, which was a most useful tool. Please reinstate as would make the user experience more productive and fluid

  9. View in browser link for email campaigns

    This is something that you see on lots of email campaigns and it would be a good addition to Maximizer.

    The email may not format for the recipient correctly for some reason their email client and this gives them an option to see the email in a web browser

    It would be good if the email was still merged with the customers fields when they view it this way.

  10. Timesheet for users / logging useage

    As a manager with employees working remotely, it would be helpful to have a timesheet function where management can track user log-in/log-out. Instead of asking for employees to log their hours manually, they can simply log-in and work as usual. Tracking user activity within Maximizer can also ensure proper usage and training.

    There should be integration with application to encrypt emails or attachments. In this day and age, there is expectation that the emails are encrypted.

  15. Show/Manage Outlook Email Folders in within a window in Maximizer CRM Live

    Ideally, Outlook Folder System could be rendered and managed from within Maximizer CRM Live.

    Essentially, if you could map the Outlook Exchange Account folder List inside a single window in CRM Live, (mirror a list of mailboxes inside CRM Live, and have it allow preview, that would be good and useful.

  16. Saving notes

    It would be really great if the Save button for inputing notes and other data could be on the right side of the dialogue.

    Where it is now is inconvenient as the cancel button is where the save button typically is.

    The behavior has been changed. Now emails are treated as interactions. When the email is sent from a case, it will be saved to the Address Book entry and displayed in Interactions tab in Address Book entry and in Case.
