  1. Leads - Do Not Create Opportunity option

    When using the Leads module you can Convert the entry to an Address Book entry.

    When doing so you are presented the option to create an Opportunity at the same time. There is also the check box available for 'Do Not Create Opportunity'.

    However, there is no option to enable this checkbox by default. This would be useful if you are a business that either doesn't use the Opportunity module, or creates Opportunities manually at a later time.

  2. Notes Associated Entry - ability to update or move the note from one record to another

    It would be great if we could either update the name in the Associated Entry column in Notes or be able to move it - sometimes things get placed in the wrong area or under the wrong name - it is extremely time consuming and tedious to have to move each one by re-entering all that info!

  3. More ways to contact clients - telegram, whatsapp, etc.

    For each phone number, i can configure a number of services - phone, telegram chat, telegram call, whatsapp call, etc.

    System wide, i select which services we use with clients, and an associated icon and URL scheme. You would prepolulate with telegram, whats app, skype, the rest are up to us.

    On the contact details tab, instead of just a phone icon, which uses the tel: URL shcheme, there are also iconds for skype, telegram, whatever else I set up.

    Further, for services not using phone numbers for addressing, they can be listed as "Communications" rather than "PHone" but show…

  4. Standard procedures.

    Address book entry can just be the start of a procedure to add a new customer. There might be visits to arrange, emails to be sent, opportunity's to create, letters to be mailed etc.

    All of which could appear on a check list to ensure fullness of data.

    Some tasks may need to be carried out later than the initial entry, But NOT time and date stamped to reflect the reality of administration.

    A pull down list of customisable "Active procedures" would enable anyone to cover in a colleague's absence and ensure that correct company procedure was followed.

  5. Make the Leads section useful.

    While I like Maximizer to a great extent, but the “Leads” section is awful with it leaning heavily to being borderline useless (to put it politely). There is no description field so you cannot list what the heck you are chasing (much less give you team a clue as to why the heck it is even on there) and there is no way to attach a email/document to the lead and/or add a note.

    Also, 90% of our leads come from a contact our address book and I find it odd that you can assign an Opportunity to a contact…

  6. transfer files between contacts

    sometimes erroneously add file to the wrong contact - would like to be able to simply move vs delete and repost

  7. Provide the ability to link a Suburb to a Zip Code

    When adding a new AB entry, be able to have Max prompt the 1 or perhaps 2 Zip codes that are available to match the City/Town field. Eg, here in Perth WA, Perth city has a zip/post code of 6000, a neighbouring suburb Burswood is 6012 etc, so we'd need to be able to maintain a table of these, which would need an import facility as the list is available from our postal service

    Being able to change the UDF on Accounts - Status. The current options for Status is not applicable to my business. I would like to add Lapsed. Denied. Client Not Proceeding With. Completed. The current options of Abandoned. Lost. Managed Account. Do not apply to my business.

  11. Conditional mandatory on system fields

    We are able to create conditional mandatory fields on UDFs. What about system fields like First Name, Last Name and Email Address? All three are required for Sync with MailChimp = Yes.

    Example - I want to force First, Last and Email to be mandatory if Sync with MailChimp = Yes.

  12. Note Entry following Meetings

    In the financial version, entering client meeting notes is critical component following meetings. Right now we complete the meeting and there is a follow up Task/Meeting option. We would like to add the ability to "Add Client Meeting Notes" to this pop up window. If the user selects this, the notes window will open allowing the user to enter client meeting notes for the client meeting that is being confirmed. Nice and easy vs having to go back to client when completing the task or meeting.

  14. Printing Completed UDF Fields for a contact, company or individual

    In the Maximizer Desktop program, a feature was available to print all completed udfs for an record. All that was required was to open the UDF window and form the right click menu you have the option to print all completed UDF fields for a record (see attached screen shot). This was ideal for government agencies because all government agencies need to keep a paper trail of personal information recorded in an electronic database. In the web version of Maximizer, this print feature is no longer available.

  15. Additional "Date Last contacted" type fields.

    We have had a few requests to have better "Date Last Contacted" information
    Ideally can we get a set of automatically updated date fields for "Last Emailed", "last appointment", "last phoned" etc as well as the umbrella "Last Contacted" field.

  16. Suppress Lead options when adding new AB entries

    There needs to be a system flag to indicate whether the Sales Lead option is being used or not, and if not then the options to create a Company/Indiv/Contact Lead should be suppressed in all places as when accidentally selected can cause great confusion as to why fields are not appearing in Keyfield views

  17. Folder structure for emails

    Create a selectable mandatory field option so that outgoing and incoming emails can be saved to pre determined categories.

    Current situation of simple time and date stamping of emails under a contact makes finding historical email conversations painful & time consuming.

    If users don't want to be able to save under user created categories then they can deselect the option.

    But if selected, the sending and saving cannot occur unless a selectable field is ticked as unless its made mandatory users will not save to categories unless it is mandatory

Contact -> In column Employee Title mapped to Position: The cell value 'Vice President & Director, Floating Technology Applications (Floating Oil & Gas Solutions)' is too long to fit in the field, which fits 79 characters

  19. Add a default filter criteria option to Quick Search

    Many of the results returned in a large database covering different geographic regions or department or business unit, are irrelevant to the user pewrforming the search. To assist with this, have a tick option to the right called "Default Filter" where you can set an Advanced Search style set of criteria that are always applied in addition to the current Quick Search being executed. For example:

    Category = Customer
    AND
    Account Manager = [Current User]
    etc.

    As a tick option a "global" search could quick by toggled on and off, but at least most users could get most relevant results…

  20. Search by Area Code

    In Maximizer CRM Windows Access, we were able to search by Area Code. This is not possible in Web Access.

    In Windows Access, searching for 514 would return all phone numbers that had 514 at the beginning. In Web Access, searching for 514 returns not only 514-***-xxxx, but also numbers like xx5-14x-xxxx.

    Users frequently need to search by Area Code. Please implement this in the next version of Maximizer CRM!
