  1. Printing Completed UDF Fields for a contact, company or individual

    In the Maximizer Desktop program, a feature was available to print all completed udfs for an record. All that was required was to open the UDF window and form the right click menu you have the option to print all completed UDF fields for a record (see attached screen shot). This was ideal for government agencies because all government agencies need to keep a paper trail of personal information recorded in an electronic database. In the web version of Maximizer, this print feature is no longer available.

    • Additional "Date Last contacted" type fields.

      We have had a few requests to have better "Date Last Contacted" information
      Ideally can we get a set of automatically updated date fields for "Last Emailed", "last appointment", "last phoned" etc as well as the umbrella "Last Contacted" field.

      • Suppress Lead options when adding new AB entries

        There needs to be a system flag to indicate whether the Sales Lead option is being used or not, and if not then the options to create a Company/Indiv/Contact Lead should be suppressed in all places as when accidentally selected can cause great confusion as to why fields are not appearing in Keyfield views

        • Folder structure for emails

          Create a selectable mandatory field option so that outgoing and incoming emails can be saved to pre determined categories.

          Current situation of simple time and date stamping of emails under a contact makes finding historical email conversations painful & time consuming.

          If users don't want to be able to save under user created categories then they can deselect the option.

          But if selected, the sending and saving cannot occur unless a selectable field is ticked as unless its made mandatory users will not save to categories unless it is mandatory

Contact -> In column Employee Title mapped to Position: The cell value 'Vice President & Director, Floating Technology Applications (Floating Oil & Gas Solutions)' is too long to fit in the field, which fits 79 characters

            • Add a default filter criteria option to Quick Search

              Many of the results returned in a large database covering different geographic regions or department or business unit, are irrelevant to the user pewrforming the search. To assist with this, have a tick option to the right called "Default Filter" where you can set an Advanced Search style set of criteria that are always applied in addition to the current Quick Search being executed. For example:

              Category = Customer
              AND
              Account Manager = [Current User]
              etc.

              As a tick option a "global" search could quick by toggled on and off, but at least most users could get most relevant results…

              • Search by Area Code

                In Maximizer CRM Windows Access, we were able to search by Area Code. This is not possible in Web Access.

                In Windows Access, searching for 514* would return all phone numbers that had 514 at the beginning. In Web Access, searching for 514* returns not only 514-***-xxxx, but also numbers like xx5-14x-xxxx.

                Users frequently need to search by Area Code. Please implement this in the next version of Maximizer CRM!

                  • Back-date the note on a Global Edit

                    When performing a global edit on maximizer, the option to also put a note at the end of your global edit is helpful, but you can't backdate the note to a different date. Thus if you are performing an edit on multiple contacts where the event occurred in the past, you are stuck having to go through each individual contacts notes to backdate the note to the appropriate date.

                      When using an device that is location aware, or otherwise via an embedded map screen, present the known Google Maps data at that location for use in updating or creating a record, including:

                      Street Address

                        Currently the default font for notes is Times New Roman. We would like the ability to change this because we prefer to have all our notes in Tahoma, size 2.
                        Please add this feature.

                          Automated Email that will notify clients of lease expiration. System would send emails out depending on rules you setup when Lease Expiration is about to happen.

                            Once every week, I select a group of contacts to email. Then I follow it up with a phone call a few days later.
                            I can easily select the list
                            I can easily send separate emails to everyone on the list
                            But my suggestion is:
                            Make it easier to schedule a callback and Priority for everyone on the list (usually my list is 20-40) without having to schedule each call back separately.

                            • The Date Last Contacted field- intelligent global edit needed for existing databases

                              The Date Last Contacted field would be very useful- except for the fact that, as a brand new feature, almost my entire database is blank on this field. There needs to be a way to do an intelligent auto-update global edit for this field, setting it to whatever the last time a note was logged for the entry. That would be VERY useful, as I cannot see any value in having this field otherwise (except for people who are just now getting started creating a Maximizer database).

                              • Duplicate checking on UDFs

                                We have duplicates in our database and we need to clean them based on an UDF (Customer Number). We can do it by sorting the records by Customer Number and using "Find duplicates in list" feature. It works good !
                                But we cannot avoid users creating new duplicates because the Duplicate checking doesn't allow to check on UDFs.

                                • Notes - No horizontal scrollbar

                                  There does not appear to a horizontal scrollbar in the Notes dialog since the release of 2017 - resizing the window appears to be the only way you can read text that has gone off screen and to move back to the left you can only use things like the Home button.

                                    • Move "Add new address" button to top of contact/details screen.

                                      When adding a new address for a contact in a company with hundreds of entries, you have to scroll to the bottom of the page to click "Add new address." This can be very frustrating and take minutes as you scroll through hundreds of address entries to get to the bottom.

                                      • Trigger action plans based on a condition

                                        The ability to trigger an action plan from a UDF as a trigger or from a conditional UDF based on a condition of another UDF or such. The ability to automate the execution of the action plan should complete the full automation process of having the action plans instead of semi-automated where we have to manual execute a plan based on a condition.

                                          Why limiting the monitoring feature only to Opportunities and Customer Service ?
                                          It can be very useful to monitor some fields on Address Book entries.
