  1. Add a login to crm live on the website home page

    There should be a way to login to an account that would take us to a link to our crm live account. Helpful when data is reset and Dbase access is lost. URL for login to the cloud is complicated to remember.

  2. Return appointments workday

    Appointments which have not been completed should be visible in My Workday. Maximizer users who are on the road use this to follow up appointments with task or other appointments as soon as they are back at the office.

    This feature has been disabled in the Summer 2013 of Maximizer. Please enable it again in a future upgrade.

    We improved hotlist module in Maximizer 2016 release. More options have been added into the Hotlist filter. You can now see multiple users’ activities. You can also display unfinished appointments in the Hotlist module by using filter options "show appointements (show carried forward unfinished appointments). Once the tasks have been assigned to other users, they are removed from your Hotlist and it is hard to track the status of these tasks. Now you have the option in Hotlist filter to view the tasks created by you but assigned to other users. If this doesn’t solve the issue, can you please provide more details on the use case.

  3. Web Client - Hotlist - Doesn't show Appointments

    Non-completed appointments do not show in your hotlist with ‘Show Appointments’ ticked and ‘carry forward unfinished tasks’ ticked.

    This needs to mimic the existing functionality in the Windows Client.

  4. Ability to Add an Address Block in Microsoft Word Plug-in

    Rather than having to add individual elements to a Word document it would be handy to have an address block merge field (editable - e.g. no country if not needed).

  6. Support for multi-day appointments / events from Outlook

    Currently Maximizer has no support for Multi-day appointments and therefore can't sync them from Outlook, however it tries...

    It is also dificult to find this information out as it doesn't appear in the manuals.

    So what happens when this does happen (Maximizer 12 Winter and Exchange 2010 with MaxSync)

    - A multi-day appointment gets added to outlook
    - An appointment gets created by MaxSync for the first day of the multi-day appointment.
    - MaxSync the updates Outlook and makes the multi-day appointment into a single day appointment.

    This should be in the manual.
    These appointments should be ignored or supported.

    With the release of Maximizer CRM v2017 in October ’16, multi-day appointments are now supported.

  7. Improve the initial search result view when saving email from Outlook using the Web toolbar

    It is not always possible to differentiate between records that are displayed by the "Save Email to ..." when saving emails to Maximizer when using the Maximizer Web Toolbar for Outlook.

    This is more of a problem for Opportunities as not everyone can distinguish between Opportunities by only using the Company / Status / Stage / Close date / Objective fields. We have customers were they have multiple open opportunities with the same customer and the only differentiator between opportunities is the product, so the current search result doesn’t help.

    This is less of a problem for Cases and Address…

  8. Create a native Mobile App for Android and iOS

    Although the Mobile website of Maximizer works okay, I would like to see a native app built for Maximizer Mobile. This would stay on your device and could provide offline access to contacts. You could build it a lot like the app that was designed for Blackberry but extend it to Android and iOS platforms.

  9. It should work with playbook

    It works with blackberry phones but not playbook.
    Also you can not go to Web interface. The browser refreshes and informs that my browser is not supported. Is it possible to add a link to try it anyway since we get updates so often that it might actually work if it let's us to sign in.
    I just purchased based the crm 11 and they will update us in a few months. Is it resolved in new version?

  10. Implement a Quote Management Module in Maximizer

    There is no feasible way to create quotes in Maximizer, which is losing us potential customers. A company who uses Maximizer should be able to create a quote based on a product catalogue that actually connects to the Opportunity Management System rather then an unsupported/old order desk solution that is not a fitting function.

    We have launched several integrations with Accounting and Quoting applications that allow you to enter the contact information once in Maximizer CRM Live and then have it appear in your preferred quoting app, and then in Maximizer CRM LIve be able to see the quotes and invoices that were created. More integrations are coming to Maximizer CRM Live and are accessible through the App Directory.

    Additionally, there is an excel based quoting tool that allows you to customise your quotes as needed.

  11. You should fix your website

    I want to upgrade from CRM 10 but when I select the upgrade feature, it bounces back to the initial screen before completely loading the information on upgrades. Not the best customer experience.

  12. Make email read and compose windows non-modal

    Can we have Maximizer as convenient to use as Outlook is in its ability to have several email windows open simultaneously for reading and composing? I believe in using Maximizer, obviously, but at the moment if I am composing an email and the phone rings I am stuck - I have to come out of the email in order to handle any outcomes from the call using Maximizer. Does anyone agree with me that this is very inconvenient? Wikipedia (!) says "A modal window blocks all other workflow in the top-level program until the modal window is closed". This is…

  13. Date Search rolling range options

    There exists the ability to select various date ranges eg Current Fiscal Quarter, but one to include the last (or in fact next) X months would be great ie Last 1, 2 3 4, 6 or 12 months

  14. Change Log

    I would love to see any data changes to a company /contact/ individual being logged into the history - ie. address change, company change, email address change. (ex: July 18, 2012 Email Change: john.smith@abc.com --> jsmith@abc.com).

    Currently you can't tell if any information has been updated, or what it was updated from!

  15. We would like to see a Preference to turn off the reminders in Appointments.

    In Version 12 (and Summer 2012), the reminder email for appointments is now set to default with no way to turn this feature off. Many of our users do not want this feature and there is no way currently to turn it off.

    In Winter 12 release this has been addressed. Last preference is now remembered by Maximizer.

  16. Add the Combine Companies feature to the Web Access client

  17. Automatically clear AddressBook before exiting Maximizer

    Clear Addressbook list automatically when closing Maximizer to prevent Maximizer from hanging. This happens with large databases when Maximizer saves the list of current records in the Addressbook. If the list is cleared before the application is closed (preventing Maximizer from saving the current list of records) there is no issue.

  18. Formula Date Fields

    Formula UDF fields: need a function like Today and Isblank for dates. Comparison with eg. Dispatch Date will show overdue if Receipt Date is blank and Today - Dispatch Date is more than eg. 7 days. Then we can show any deliveries that are overdue in eg. red.

    With the release of Maximizer CRM v2017 in October ’16 we included a duration UDF type, which calculates based on Today().

  19. Call the Outlook Add-in tab Maximizer

    A minor point is that the Maximizer Add-in Tab in Outlook says just that "Add-in", unlike Norton and some other programs which create their own tab with the name of the application rather than just using the default Add-in tab. It is impossible to change the Tab name to Maximizer from Outlook options so perhaphs you might like to give the tab a better name? - comment based on user feedback.

    This is now available in the Summer Release!

  20. "User" merged fields in email templates

    Using Word, it is possible to add "User" fields such as "My Display Name" and "My Email Address" to a template. This feature is currently not available for Email Templates.

    You can insert any basic field or UDF of an Address book entry, opportunity, case or user information (such as contact details of the sender or today’s date or other) as a merge field in email template
