    Holiday Editor. I use to be able to edit holidays on the calendar. I can't do this anymore - plus... the old ones I added years ago cannot be removed! Please can we have the Holiday Editor back.

    Secondary action required when selecting remove from Max. Sales Reps need to tell us why they want the contact removed, contact no longer there, company out of business. Otherwise you could have sales reps removing viable company information all because they don't want to call. .

  3. UDF for Leads records in the new Leads Module

    The new Leads Management Module is a big step forward ! Maximizer becomes modern and intuitive for users !
    To have more flexibility, we should be able to create UDF on Leads and map these fields to UDF on Contacts/Companies/Opportunities.

  4. MailChimp - allow 'Unsubscribe' to synchronize with Maximizer

    If a user unsubscribes in MailChimp then they are removed from synchronization, but there is no way to tell in Maximizer if that user unsubscribed.

    This could be a problem with GDPR now in place.

    E.g. A marketing agency uses MailChimp but the sales team email from within Maximizer. If a user unsubscribes then they may still receive mail from the sales team that isn't wanted.

    Please add a feature to allow the 'Unsubscribe' in MailChimp to synchronize with Maximizer.

  5. Give a new UDF an unused Type_Id

    Make Maximizer CRM check Type_Id usage in table field items, as well as in main fields, when giving assigning a new Type_Id to a new UDF. This will avoid the possibiility of orphaned table field items in both setup and data appearing against newly created table fields. In Maximizer CRM 2018 it is possible to demonstrate that a new table field can be assigned a Type_Id that is already in use, albeit by orphaned table field items.   6. My version was converted to CRM 2018 Live from CRM 2017 R2: Live likes to reformat my notes when I add to the same note by double spacing .

    Max CRM 18 Live reformats my notes in client data base to double space from single space. How do I keep it at single space?

  7. Middle name search

    Currently (Maximizer 2017 R2) there is no way to search for middle name. It is not present in the menu, nor advanced search (nor Quick Search). It should be added to the advanced search.

    Max Live does not have the feature:
    NEW CONTACT INHERITS USER DEFINED FIELDS

    You need to add this feature - can you advise if this feature can or will be added in the near future.

    There needs to be a default record setup in the Knowledgebase.

    PS I think Knowledgebase deserves it's own Area in the list above (where I had to choose Others). That list should at least include all modules of Max individually

  11. Allow USER ID to be renamed

    When setting up users to new licenses, the name of the user is used for the USER ID. If/when the person leaves and is no longer employed or associated with the license, the USER ID remains the same.
    Two actions:
    1) NEVER accept a name for USER ID unless the licensee completely understands the consequence
    2) Fix the "hard coded" USER ID so it can subsequently be changed.

    BTW, if I sell or expand my company, it is imperative for the buyer?LOB to ensure all history remains in place - however, I'm sure that the new LOB or buyer will…

  13. We really need to sort our saved searches into product areas and personnel types.

    Can we categorise our searches - we have so many its hard for people to go and find searches very quickly.

    We should be able to put them in folders etc.

  14. changing a contact from a lead

    Previously when you changed a contact from a lead back to a standard contact, you could continue to update the other fields in that contact. Now in Web Access, I have to unassign the lead field, save the contact (which by the way it would be great if the save button were available top and bottom of the form), and then click edit (again, also it would be great if you could just change the fields you needed to change if you have the appropriate permissions to do so), and make my other changes, and possibly change back to a…

  15. The ability to have more than just 2 address lines in the address field for very long physical addresses.

    Maximizer is limited to the amount of information you can add into the address lines 1 and 2. Can more space be provided for information that would need up to 5 lines?

  16. Maximizer Web Based

    Timed Notes. In the past you could time your note fro appointment preparation etc and keep details and comments on it. This would appear under notes. Currently you can time your note then, can't comment and when you stop timing it disappears with no reference. Please bring this back

  18. PLESE HELP convert and utilize my Maximizer data from earlier version (7) from multiple address books

    Can Maximizer convert all my Maximizer data from previous version (I believe it from version 7) ?

    That includes all letters, emails (with incoming and outgoing attachments) as well as notes from 12+ years of Maximizer usage & history.

    Will Maximizer new web based email client work like it used to ?

    I must be able to save incoming and outgoing emails and attachments within the client / contact file. This is a critically important piece for me.

  19. Make the upgrade process simpler.

    In past years we received an email notifying our company that an upgrade was available. We then would email our contact and get the required Serial and License numbers sent to us.
    We then could download and upgrade Maximizer at our convenience.

    Now we get an email that tells us an Upgrade is available. With a link to download the product.
    There is ZERO information stating that new Serial and License information is needed.
    When we email our contact for the information, instead of receiving said information, we are called by a sales rep, who in turn tells us to…

  20. Adding items to a table field in Edit Mode

    When in edit mode, I don't have the ability to add an item in a table field. This is important when gathering new information from a customer. When I'm on the phone with a customer it is important to be efficient with their time and my time.
