Assistant Email or Email Address 2/3 Auto Send in CC in Bulk Messages
Would be ideal if a client's assistant can be automatically cc'd on all correspondences either using one of the email fields or a UDF. Would also work if multiple emails can be added to Email 1 field separated by comma or semi-colon.

When making list to mass email through Maximizer- to pull all emails (multiple emails) if profile has them
When making list to mass email through Maximizer- to pull all emails (multiple emails) if profile has them. We often make profiles for couples and they both would like to receive our emails.

Mass Emails
during our busy time of the year.. we tend to have up to 700 clients per month to contact. as of right now.. there is a character limit for the To: , BCC, or CC . would be nice to have this unlimited which will allow us to send as many client an email at a time.

Show/Manage Outlook Email Folders in within a window in Maximizer CRM Live
Ideally, Outlook Folder System could be rendered and managed from within Maximizer CRM Live.
Essentially, if you could map the Outlook Exchange Account folder List inside a single window in CRM Live, (mirror a list of mailboxes inside CRM Live, and have it allow preview, that would be good and useful.

Add DKIM Support for Emailing via Office 365 (and others)
As more and more clients use modern SMTP servers and route their Maximizer emails via services like Offices 365, it is becoming more important to support modern email authentication systems to ensure emails actually go out. DKIM is such a system and Office 365 expects it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DomainKeysIdentifiedMail
Clients like Thrive are seeing emails get missed because just setting the SPF record is not enough for Microsoft to fully approve emails as being legitimate.

Email should log attachment name to notes
In Maximizer Live address book the native email functionality has the ability to log email to notes. The logged not at this point does not include reference to the attached file name. This should be included in the note so that clients can refer back to specific files which they may want to store outside of the CRM due to large size.

The option to CC and BCC on mass emails (that are sent out separately) would be awesome!
When sending out a mass email, separately so each individual gets their own, there is no way to cc or bcc anyone. It would be great if this feature were possible - so the contact that is cc'd can be copied on all the emails that were sent out separately and be able to keep up with those clients.

When sending an email to a list, a feature that detects when multiple recipients have the same email address, and option to save preferences
When sending an email to a list, particularly with Households, sometimes by request, multiple recipients will share an email address, so then they get 5 of the same email. It would be great to be able to detect when multiple records in a list have the same email address, then option and catalog those preferences.
This would allow households to receive the email only once.

Subject line Warning
Is it possible to get a warning when the Subject Line in an email is empty ? Currently you can send an email with a blank subject line from Maximizer but would be great if we can get a warning in case we forget to add a subject or continue without a subject line.

Carbon copy email logging
When emailing from the Maximizer web client and logging is set to "Send a copy of this message to myself" is enabled and "Send as" is set to separately the system currently sends a carbon copy of all emails being sent. I suggest just sending 1 for either "separately" or "One email".

Default Attachments Linked to Email Templates
We are just wondering whether we could make a suggestion on email template. We are sending out the same attachment to a specific email template every time, so we are thinking if we can have default attachment linked to the text email template could help us a lot. Please let me know what you think and whether that is achievable or not, hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you.

Email Font - Calibri
In the email font preferences 'Calibri' isn't an option to select. It can be selected when writing an email, just not when setting preferences. Please can this be added?

e mailing a separate company from a client data base should stay in client data file
When we are emailing our insurance company and want to save that email in the clients' data details, we email out of the client file. However it saves it in the Insurers. That's the paper equivalent of putting the paper files in another file and just adds more work instead of keeping it simple. On the prior 2017 crm version we could save that e mail in our clients file.

saving email to more than 1 contact
When saving an email to Maximizer that includes 2 or more Maximizer Contacts, the selection box that pops up to select contacts to save to only includes a single contact by default - usually the email sender. Would it be possible to include all the Maximizer contacts included in the email to save time looking up multiple people.

UDF's for email templates (or word doc templates) that are universal to all files
There are environmental parameters (ie: interest rates, market indexes, etc. that are universal to all client files, but are changing dally or so frequently that it is often impractical to edit document or email templates for these changes prior each time you use them. Can we get a category of UDF's that we can update, that are universal to correspondence, rather than associated with any one file? IE: Email and document-specific (aka "correspondence" UDF's?
