Email Reminder for Hotlist Tasks
Since we now support email reminders for appointments to support mobile access users, we should also support email reminders in hotlist tasks. Otherwise, there is no alter for mobile access users to deal with a task.

100% agree with this suggestion. We’re finding that it takes awhile for users to get comfortable logging into the CRM daily and when they miss notifications, hotlist tasks (and opportunities) are then missed and forgotten about. Would be amazing to get this up and running ASAP as this would also allow our users who prefer mobile (Apple etc.) to sync tasks to their phones calendars.

I also think many users confuse Email Notification with Email Reminder. I think Reminder is more important relative to Notification which only applies to reassigned tasks.
