Make Mac OS and Microsoft Office for Mac compatible with Maximizer Live CRM

Please note - the Word link on the PC works with any/all browsers for merging & is very extensively used by many - it is just the creation of the document templates that requires Max to be open in IE

Switching from PC to Mac and was disappointed to discover that I'll be giving up Outlook functionality notably for filing emails. It was already bad enough that Word link on the PC only works with Internet Explorer and therefore generally ignored.
Is this question even under consideration at Maximizer?? -

definitely getting Mac OS add-on for Outlook on a Mac is essential

Anyone update on this? I think this is becoming more and more of a must for any CRM. More customers are using MacBooks and it only makes sense to support it. Any feedback from the Maximizer team on this?

The Office 365 integration provides some of the functionality. Certainly in the Windows environment this works in Outlook locally without the need to install anything, or access O365 via a browser, but I don't know if that is the case in the Mac environment or not sorry - worth a look

We have a client with a 130+ Maximizer users. New user communities are substantially Mac Users and are looking for integration for the same integration as we have for the Windows Outlook Tool bar in Office for Mac. System is on-premise
This has an impact on the next 50 licences, which includes C-Suite execs -

Making it compatible with Maximizer Web Access is also requested by some large clients.
