  1. Leads Notes to be visible in Opportunity Module when converted to opoortunity

    When I convert a lead to an opportunity it would be helpful to see the notes from when I worked with that prospect before they were converted into an opportunity

  2. View Opportunity status in the Addressbook View

    When in the Address Book View need to Be able to view who has current Opportunities (need to be able to add the udf of opportunity status in the address book view)

  3. Possibility to change Partner in opportunity.

    Now and then we have opportunities where we need to change Partner. Doing so all relevant information such as documents etc. follow the opportunity which is very usefull.

  4. Make the new Quotes feature available from Mobile Access

    Most smartphones can now have Excel on them so is it feasible please to be able to utilise the new Quotes feature in Maxmobileaccess?

  5. Global Edit to Update Campaign on Opportunities

    When you are working with Global Edit feature in Opportunities you cannot set the Campaign value, the old version (legacy) has this feature.

  6. Address book entry details tab for opportunities

    When viewing a hotlist task there is an 'Address Book entry Details' tab.

    Having the same tab when viewing an opportunity would avoid having to switch between modules.

  7. Prevent opportunities from being saved with no process set

    Right now (in CRM Live) if there are multiple sales processes defined you can open an opportunity, set or leave the process field to blank, and save the opportunity. This results in an opp with no process or stage set.

    For clients where opps are created via the API, they are ALL coming in without process (because processes/stages can't be set via api) so it's messing with their reporting.

  8. quick search

    The Web Quick Search is excellent for Address Book entries.
    But it is almost useless for Opportunities and Customer Service Cases as it doesn't allow you to search by Company or Contact Name.

  9. Exporting Opportunities with Last Added Note

    When exporting 'In Progress' opportunities would be good to export the most recent note added under each opportunity into excel so when creating sales reports we can see what we have outstanding and when we last spoke to client to see progress of jobs. Not all users will update information into the comments section of an opportunity, most of them will add a note under each one.
    Exporting notes to Excel will always be helpful!

  11. Ability to select Total Revenue as a Manadatory Field

    Currently Total Revenue is not available to select as a Mandatory Field. Can this be added please?

  12. Partner Key Fields

    I think it is really essential that the following fields can be included when setting up a Key Fields View for Partner Opportunities:
    - Confidence rating
    - Product / Services
    - Categories

    or am I missing something by any chance?

  13. Apply Process Changes to Existing Opportunities

    If a user edits an existing process in any way then Maximizer should ask the user if they want that adjustment to be applied to all existing opportunities that use that process. To allow for consistency after process editing.

  14. Notifications for the sales stages would be super helpful

    It would be really helpful if I could have a prompt or notification pop up after a predetermined number of days for each stage of the sales process within Maximizer. This way my sales team are guaranteed to keep on top of accounts that are listed as opportunities!

  15. Date last contacted on opportunity

    We would like to see an Date Last Contacted on the opportunity. It should be updated based on selected note or document activity on the opp itself. It would be better still if the feature monitored changes at the address book and cascaded an update one or both ways (user option). So, if I meet with the client and make a note in the address book or the opp, the address book and opp 'Last Contacted' would update.   16. opportunity status

    It's important to record whom you lose an Opportunity but frustrating to have to go back to the Competitors/Partners Tab to select them first. Then return to the Status tab's Competitor drop box to select them again.
    Why not give the Status Tab's Competitor drop box access to the Competitor list instead?

  17. Search Stage Age

    It is helpful to be able to present current stage age and the age of each stage of a sales process in column views but it is frustrating that we can't perform searches on the stage age (current or within each stage historically). If we could make searches in Advanced Search we could make useful dashboards about how many opps spend a month or a week in a certain stage.

    Allow use of the 'Actual Amount' Basic Field in Accounts (Opportunities) module formula UDFs. This would allow users to determine further breakdown of specific information, such as, sales commission splits etc.

  20. Add the "Related entries" feature to Opportunities

    Copy the "related entries" feature from Address Book to Opportunities.
    Even if the Companies are different, sometimes we know that 2 opportunities are linked and the success of the first one can help the second one to be also successfull. A related entries tab can help to save this kind of information.
