  1. Ability to select Total Revenue as a Manadatory Field

    Currently Total Revenue is not available to select as a Mandatory Field. Can this be added please?

    • Partner Key Fields

      I think it is really essential that the following fields can be included when setting up a Key Fields View for Partner Opportunities:
      - Confidence rating
      - Product / Services
      - Categories

      or am I missing something by any chance?

      • Apply Process Changes to Existing Opportunities

        If a user edits an existing process in any way then Maximizer should ask the user if they want that adjustment to be applied to all existing opportunities that use that process. To allow for consistency after process editing.

        • Notifications for the sales stages would be super helpful

          It would be really helpful if I could have a prompt or notification pop up after a predetermined number of days for each stage of the sales process within Maximizer. This way my sales team are guaranteed to keep on top of accounts that are listed as opportunities!

            We would like to see an Date Last Contacted on the opportunity. It should be updated based on selected note or document activity on the opp itself. It would be better still if the feature monitored changes at the address book and cascaded an update one or both ways (user option). So, if I meet with the client and make a note in the address book or the opp, the address book and opp 'Last Contacted' would update.               It's important to record whom you lose an Opportunity but frustrating to have to go back to the Competitors/Partners Tab to select them first. Then return to the Status tab's Competitor drop box to select them again.
              Why not give the Status Tab's Competitor drop box access to the Competitor list instead?

              • Search Stage Age

                It is helpful to be able to present current stage age and the age of each stage of a sales process in column views but it is frustrating that we can't perform searches on the stage age (current or within each stage historically). If we could make searches in Advanced Search we could make useful dashboards about how many opps spend a month or a week in a certain stage.

                    Allow use of the 'Actual Amount' Basic Field in Accounts (Opportunities) module formula UDFs. This would allow users to determine further breakdown of specific information, such as, sales commission splits etc.

                    • Add the "Related entries" feature to Opportunities

                      Copy the "related entries" feature from Address Book to Opportunities.
                      Even if the Companies are different, sometimes we know that 2 opportunities are linked and the success of the first one can help the second one to be also successfull. A related entries tab can help to save this kind of information.

                      • Opportunity Keyfields to allow inclusion of Address Book Level UDF's

                        When an Opp is Won there is often a need/desire to update a value at the AB level eg add a new product to a list of what the client buys, or perhaps update a date, or maybe change the Category from Prospect to Client, so it would be great to be able to access these from within the Opps Key fields

                          Allow to create the mandatory rule for Opportunity based on Address Book fields.
                          Example :
                          if the Company "Category" = "Reseller", the UDF "End customer" on the opportunity must be mandatory.

                          • Duplicate an Opportunity to a different Household/Company

                            For example, I create an Opportunity for John Smith in the John Smith Household. I would like to be able to duplicate that Opportunity but assign it to someone in a different Household (Jane Doe in the Jane Doe Household) complete with all the Notes/Files. One instance when this would have been handy is when two brothers (different Households) were involved in the same land deal. The Opportunity, Notes and Files were exactly the same - the only difference was the Household. Thanks!

                              • Change when Stage Bar Buttons are pressed

                                The new Opportunity page shows the stages just above the Opportunity details. When one of these stages is double clicked, the Opportunity opens for editing. It would be nice to be able to double click the new stage and have a pop up which confirms that you want to change the stage. Then only the stage is updated without actually having to edit it and save. This pop up could actually ask whether to update the stage or edit the opp, so you could then do whatever you want from there.

                                  It appears that when searching on Opportunity Leader or reassigning an Opportunity leader the list of names is actually in alphabetical order of User ID and not display name - this is rather annoying and not really logical. Can this be fixed please?

                                    Provide prompts to accommodate outstanding activities when changing the status of an opportunity. For example, if you have a dozen tasks assigned to an opp that is abandoned after 6 of the tasks are completed the remaining tasks are still active even after the opp is marked as abandoned.

                                    • Show address book history under an opportunity record

                                      From web access I would like to be able to see my address book history while viewing an opportunity. This could be additional filter options in the history tab itself or a separate address book history tab that follows the opportunity. The windows client presented three tabs and facilitated seeing the address book notes while you were on an opportunity. From web access we have more navigation to do the same thing.

                                        • Allow the "Sales Team" field in opportunities be made "Mandatory"

                                          If you don't fill this field out, it restrict some users from seeing the opportunity. Simple fix, is allow it to be a mandatory field so that a user must fill the field in or it can't be saved.
