Chrome would be great as well. Also Android is out pacing Apple in mobile sales, you need to make sure that there is support for both.

Make it compatible with IPad as a huge amount of use prefer to use iPad rather than android.

There are two different outstanding requests:
1. Support of Web Access on Safari running on MacThe solution to this is FireFox. There is currently no plan to support any more browsers other than IE and Firefox.
2. Support of Web Access on iPad (which has a different version of Safari than the desktop)
There is desire to run the full Web Access on iPad. However, because of the way the application works with many popup windows, plus the fact that the UI is not designed to work with touch, it will be extremely technical challenging to get it to work on iPad. We do not see a reasonable solution to achieve this goal in the short to medium term. We made some improvements in Mobile Access in the Summer 2012 to make it more optimized for the tablets. At this moment, this is the only viable solution we see. -

Hi Connie, thanks for your reply. If this is the case, then I would argue that you haven't fixed this yet, as Apple Safari is still not supported on the Web Access.
The Mobile Access is a cut-down version which doesn't have anywhere near as much functionality as the Web Access.
Using Mozilla Firefox instead is fine on an Apple Mac computer, but you cannot download the Mozilla Firefox browser on an iPad, iPhone or iPod. The official line from Mozilla seems to be "Apple's restrictions on iPhone and iPad apps do not allow us to distribute a web browser like Firefox that uses its own JavaScript and HTML interpreters" (see http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/500084)
Please reopen this case, as you haven't fixed anything - we already knew that the Mobile Access is supported on all browsers, but the question was "Support for Apple Safari browser in Maximizer CRM Live" which as far as I'm aware is the full Web Access.

Just to clarify, Mobile Access for Maximizer CRM Live is supported on Safari (iOS - iPhone/iPad). To use Maximizer CRM Live on other Mac OSes (other than iOS), please use FireFox as the browser. Here are more details: http://www.maximizer.com/support/maxcrmlive.html?panel=3#support

Please can you clarify whether the full Web Access, as opposed to the cut-down Mobile Access, is now supported on Apple Safari Web Browser?
We don't have the Maximizer CRM Live product, so I'm not sure if both the Web and Mobile Access options are available on this?
Do you know when Apple Safari will be supported on the Maximizer CRM 12 on-premise Web Access? Is this included in Service Release 1 which is due for release shortly, and if not why not?
Your clarification would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
