  1. Add new Campaign option "Send once to duplicate email addresses"

    Sometimes a subscriber list may have many people with the same email address (e.g. lots of "sales@company.com"). May we have a new Campaign option "Send once to duplicate email addresses" that ensures such email addresses receive one email only, and not one email for every matching subscriber. E.g. the campaign would merge only to the first such subscriber, "first" being alphabetically by full name.

  2. Maximizer CRM Live - Exporting Notes To Spreadsheet - .csv or .xlsx

    if I export a contact list from the Maximizer CRM Live Address Book under my column set-ups into an Excel Spreadsheet, sometimes I would also like to be able to export all the Maximizer ‘Notes’ for those contacts. In our business, the notes are extremely important.

  3. Add a difference in activities for Tasks and appointments

    Add a way to see the difference between a Task and an Appointment in the activities Tab.

    This could be done with an icon or a color rule.

  4. 'Products/Services' at company level

    We currently have a UDF for this, but want to automatically fill in a case with the companies product/service when a case is created for them. Out-of-the-box functionality for this would be an excellent improvement.

  6. Link to a local directory not just to a document

    We store thousands of image files archived by work order #. We can't include all these in the database and so I think it would be useful to be able to link to a folder that would open in file explorer to show all the images. It would save time to be able to go directly from Max to the folder (local or network). We actually use a cloud product that syncs all computers for this data so as long as the location of the cloud service was the same on all computers, the link would work.

  7. Opportunity field Mandatory based on rule

    Allow to create the mandatory rule for Opportunity based on Address Book fields.
    Example :
    if the Company "Category" = "Reseller", the UDF "End customer" on the opportunity must be mandatory.

  8. Office 365 integration Save Email to Documents Tab

    The Office 365 integration is great in the ability to create an Opportunity, but the Save Email option is lacking in that it only saves to Notes, & not the Documents tab as well as it should, so attachments etc are available.

  9. Add Hotlist task Category field to column view

    The Category field in Hotlist tasks is a very useful field but is not available to add to Column views in Hotlist. For users with a large number of tasks outstanding the ability to sort their list by Category would be extremely helpful.

  10. Formula UDF improvements

    We cannot use a formula UDF in another one. this means that we have to create incredibly complex formulas if we need to use IF functions etc.

  11. Be able to drag and drop a contact into a different Company

    I sometimes have multiple companies that are part of the same corporate intity. If would be handy to be able to drag and drop a contact from one company to another without having to reenter them. This would include all of their notes and emails, etc. to follow them.

    Automatic capitalization for quickly entering new companies and contacts as per the postal code. This is a feature that was always there in all the previous versions of Maximizer.

  14. Automatic selection of "key fields" dropdown depending on a user defined field

    At the moment you need to manually select from the key feilds drop down, there is no option to have this selection automatic. Please add a user defined field which switches the key field based on the selection?

  16. transfer case

    Option to move an existing case to a different address record. Perhaps the "duplicate current case" could request the address record you wish the case to be duplicated against.

  17. I would like to be able to customize the colour in Maximizer

    I would like to have more options for the colour used in Maximizer. The Green is too much, would like more neutral colour options... I honestly preferred the white blank background over the new green one.

  19. Word for chrome and firefox

    Why does the Maximizer Word integration only work with Internet Explorer? That is highly inconvenient and short-sighted, considering that browser is not very good and not very widely-used these days compared to Chrome and Firefox. I would very much like to see Chrome functionality added a.s.a.p..

  20. Integrtaion with Slack or an allowance for a insystem chat app

    SalesForce has a product called Chatter
    Slack allows for this type of integration.
    So either allow integration on Live & legacy OR create an insystem chat app?
