  1. Outlook integration

    Outlook integration, it would be nice if when you opened an email in Maximizer that it opened in Outlook automatically. Vs sending the message from Maximizer.

  2. Ability to Convert a Company to an Individual

    In Maximizer CRM Live you can convert an individual redcord into a company record, but there is no way to convert a copmany into an individual. This was possible in older versions of Maximizer software, but the option has been taken away.

  3. Microsoft Outlook for Apple Addin - support for iPad and Apple products

    Would love to see the Word and Outlook Addin included in MS Word for Apple. Cant be that difficult?

  4. Universal Search

    Maximizer should add a universal search similar to a search engine(e.g. google, bing, yahoo, etc.) that looks at all the maximizer entries notes, companies, individual , UDF, etc. This would dramatically improve the power of maximizer.

  5. Appointment Description should be written to logged notes on contact

    When completing an appointment, the logged note should include the long text Description field of the Appointment. This is sent in the email notification but is not written to the logged note on the contact.

    Add a Suburb Line under the Address (Some addresses are too long to fit in the current address lines)

  7. Save email to Opportunity in the Maximizer Outlook App

    Currently, you can only save an email to an Opportunity in the desktop version of Outlook using the Maximizer tab.

    It's not possible to do this using the Outlook integration in the App Directory - please can we have this functionality as non-Windows Office 365 users rely on the App to integrate emails with Maximizer.

  8. Lead Conversion - Notes and Docs

    Currently when a lead is converted, the notes and documents from that lead are copied to the address book. When an opportunity is created though, it would be easier if the users could see the notes and docs in the opportunities module rather than address book. To that end, it would be good if the user had the choice to have the notes and documents copied to the opportunity when a lead is converted rather than just the address book. This could be via a tick box.

  9. Notes Report - Pull all/selected notes from Customer Service and Opportunities

    The Notes Report at the Address Book level can only pull "system" notes from Customer Service and Opportunities related to the AB record.

    This capability should be expanded to include all notes from the CS and Opp modules so you can create a complete summary of interactions with the AB record.

  10. Search Stage Age

    It is helpful to be able to present current stage age and the age of each stage of a sales process in column views but it is frustrating that we can't perform searches on the stage age (current or within each stage historically). If we could make searches in Advanced Search we could make useful dashboards about how many opps spend a month or a week in a certain stage.

  11. Telephone log

    A telephone log for all staff that easily pulls up a date range for any one or all members of staff and duration of calls. Easy to use access to how active the telesales team have been on the phone.

  12. More detail about documents in the document tab

    My customers (and I) struggle with the documents windows just not showing enough information about stored documents before you open the document. This is particularly true of email.

    Please consider a preview option. or a row depth expand or more columns

  13. Please have an option to attach a user's auto signature to an email retrieved from a template.

    At a company that shares many form email templates, retrieving the template overwrites a user's email auto signature. It is a pain to have to save a copy of every template for each individual user so that their auto-signature is included. Please make an option to include the current user's auto signature at the end of an email retrieved from a template.

  14. Time zone field in appointment dialog

    We would like an option to set a meeting into a certain time zone. For example, I live on the east coast but I must set a 9am meeting for my trip to the west coast. If I can set it to 9am PT, it will adjust to the right GMT automatically rather than having me remember to set it for noon ET when I schedule (back home).

  15. When sorting Document list by creator please also keep in date order within.

    When you sort the Document list by creator it doesn't keep them in date order. Searching through lots of saved documents can be difficult when the dates are all over the place.

  16. Saving an email to an Opp in Outlook is hard to choose between Opps from one company.

    In Outlook integration when saving an email to an opp: Changing the column setup will only make it easier to find the company/contact from the opportunity. But on the next fase it is hard to choose an opportunity when the Objective is always e.g. Upsell. It is hard to make the opportunities within a company differ from each other. Please make this customizable or add description to the screen.

  17. Dashboards - UDF ability to sort Numerically

    Currently if you have a List indicator in Dashboards for a numeric UDF, it won't sort in order as by default all UDFs sort alphanumerically.

    The suggestion is that Numeric UDF fields should be sorted numerically only.

  18. Allow Hotlist Tasks To Be Sorted By Completion Date

    My boss built his hotlist task using a custom date range. He then accidently completed all of his tasks. In a panic he tried unplugging his coputer to kill the process but we run our computers off servers and unplugging did nothing. Maximizer crm should allow users to sort hotlist tasks by completion date as that's not currently an option to even have as a column it only allows users to sort by or search by creation date.

  19. Outlook AddIn / AddOn / Integration to be able to create appointments

    At the moment the Outlook AddIn is able to create a task based on the currently selected email.

    We'd like to see the ability to also create appointments based on the currently selected entry. At the same time the appointment gets created a link to that address book entry in Maximizer should be created.

  20. All Cases, My Cases, My CURRENT Cases, why isn't there an ALL CURRENT cases options?

    As stated there is an All Cases, My Cases, and My Current Cases options, in Customer Service, but to get All Current Cases, you have to load all Cases and then filter it, which takes extra time. It would be GREAT if there was a one step option like there used to be.
