'Products/Services' at company level
We currently have a UDF for this, but want to automatically fill in a case with the companies product/service when a case is created for them. Out-of-the-box functionality for this would be an excellent improvement.

I would agree. The Products Services should be available both the Company or Household Level. Also, it should be available at the Contact Level. Currently, it is only available at the Opportunity or AccountLevel.
Another important change one would want to see is the ability to select multiple Product or Services at the Contact / Household / Company Level. This is because, at this level, there might be series of Products and Services, they might be interested. I can understand that at the Account Level or the Opportunity level one would expect to see only one Product or Service. But at the Contact Level and Household Level there should be ability to add multiple Product Services and Categories. -

I agree. The Products/Services managed in the Administrator that are linked to Customer Service Cases and Opportunities should also be out of the box at the Address Book level (Companies and Individuals). It should be a multi select picklist to enable users to tick all Products/Services that a Address Book has bought/used. I can't believe that it isn't there already.
