Save multiple emails from Outlook to Maximizer in a single step
When I select multiple emails for multiple contacts in Outlook and then execute "Save to Maximizer", all the emails are saved to all the contacts selected. I would have expected for each email to be saved to the corresponding contact.

Default entry for tasks or appointments
We would like to have the ability to default the activity (and possibly other fields) in a task or appointment. The activity or subject would be text or a drop down item.

Auto delete emails option from outlook when saving emails from the outlook toolbar for web access.
The outlook toolbar for the web product needs to be improved so it has similar functionality to the current email window in Maximizer for legacy based users. Please include an option to automatically remove/delete the email from the inbox after the email has been saved.

Outlook Calendar Sync to copy Location to matching field
When synching appointments to Outlook, include the Location from Maximizer in the Location field in Outlook and vice-versa.

Feature Request:Ability to expand the viewing screen for the Key Fields to allow User to view entire field name as in Desktop app.
Currently in the desktop application the user has the ability to expand the viewing screen for Key Fields in order to see the entire field name. This option is not available in the WebAccess app.

Add a shipping module to Maximizer for UPS, FedEx and USPS like Quickbooks. s using the info.
There must be other users that need to ship items to contacts in Maximizer and have to resort to other programs and then transfer the info to customer service.

Allow preview of merge fields in emails / email templates
Would be great if you could preview the merge fields, like you can do with the letter merge fields, when using Emails and Email templates.

Column setup
Add the option to adjust the columns in the Customer Portal.
At this moment the columns can't be changed in the Customer Portal. there are a few colum views you can choose from, but not the option to add a UDF to a column.

Email Logging
Currently, emails sent to clients from their address book entry get logged to any address book entry with that email address. (this can be manipulated in the "logging details"). Our company sends emails to third parties (employees) that are in reference to the address book entry but not being sent to the address book entry. Currently we must go into Outlook and manually link the email sent to that entry. I believe it works this way because the email address is being used as the identifier. Please add the option to increase the length of the basic fields or just increase them out-of-the-box. The amount of characters isn't enough.

WebAccess Emails and Outlook 'Sent Items'
One limitation of sending emails via the Maximizer Web Access is that it doesn't create an entry in Outlooks sent items.

Excel Add-In
Provide an add-in for Excel, similar to the Word add-in which is supplied with Maximizer. This would allow the use of Excel for quotes or other documents which would have addresses or other information linked to the Maximizer database.

Transfer Hotlist Activity to Call Subject - MIA in Web Access
In Windows Access, the Hotlist Activity field was transferred to the Call Subject. In Web Access, this does not occur.
Please add this feature to Web Access, it would save tens of thousands of clicks every month: open Hotlist, copy activity, paste into subject field, etc.

Account Lockout
Client has requested such a feature. This is important as we move further into the Enterprise and SaaS space, having Maximizer SQL accounts lockout (or deny access at the application level) when more than a configurable amount of failed attempts to login is encountered. Once locked out the user can have a reset link sent to their email address stored against the Maximizer user.

Data fields to perform validation on user entered input
In (most) fields that expect a date value (eg: Data UDFs, System Fields, Searching, Dashboards), if we are allowing free-text for entering dates, perform validation on the date before accepting it as valid input, and return a "not valid" pop-up in cases where it can't be converted to a real datetime value.
