Search records without open hotlist task
We have a client who maintains action plans on all client records. Mostly the end of the action plan prompts the user to make a new action plan but sometimes in the rush of work that step is missed and the client ends up with no open/future tasks. We could not find a way to search for all clients who have no incomplete tasks. We tried in the hotlist itself but the volume timed it out. We tried in the address book with an Interactions search but this does not discern between completed and incomplete. So, we need a new…

Send one or mass email from Hotlist or Tasks
In the past we were able to mass email directly from the hotlist. Within MaxLive I must move to the address book to email. This breaks up my workflow badly. Please add this feature back to Hotlist and add it to Tasks.

Apply household information to contact view
Allow fields from the household to carry down to the contact level. The same way that a household address applies to all contacts, apply this to UDFs as well.

Create ability to move a task and/or interaction from one contact to a different one
Would like to be able to associate a hotlist task with a different contact - change it from one contact or company to another without having to recreate it.

project management
We have used Maximizer for 25-30(?) years to win Sales.
For 20(?) odd years we have managed our deliverables (once we have won the Sale) using Customer Service (CS).
Cust Serv works well but a modified version integrated with the(a) Calendar would produce a Project Management Module.
Every Maximizer Client needs to do something, process a property sale, manage a share portfolio, build a Water Tank (in our case)...?
Those who can afford an ERP might not use Maximizer but the rest of us need a Project/Process Managment program, why not very simply incorporate it into Maximizer? Happy to show…12 votes -
In the New Tasks screen add the ability to edit categories
We should be able to edit the categories in the New Task screen. For example, add persons for the Task to be assigned to. Add options to the Regarding, Category and Result drop down box so we can customize this to our business.

Change an appt to recurring after it is booked
Appts are only allowed to be recurring at the time of booking. If I go in and try to make an appt recurring it is not allowed. The recurring arrow is not available after the appt is created....it should be. Often appts change to needing recurrence after the fact

The ability to change the reoccurrence on a task.
Currently, once a task is made and saved, the reoccurrence section can not be edited.

Tasks - implement UDFs in this module
Currently, if you want to add something custom to tasks (like a Task Reference number) you need to manually write it into the body of the task, or use another field that isn't for the original purpose.
Would it be possible to implement the usage of UDFs in the Tasks module?

outlook integration
Adding the outlook integration tool considerably slows down outlook. Typing lags, program pauses (better than before when it used to crash). but, we are losing significant processing speed and time while working in outlook. If I remove the add in it works just fine, as soon as I add it back in the system slows down/freezes and is the same on several of our office machines so it's not just my computer. We're using the last outlook integration...we uninstalled and re-downloaded whatever was available on Maximizer around Mar13'24

outlook add in is very slow
I know you rolled out a new outlook integration on Feb29'24. That has helped to keep outlook from crashing, before that it caused so much crashing I had to remove the outlook integration add in. But, the new one is very slow, even though I have it set to synch every hour, it is slowing up my computer every few minutes. We need another upgrade.

bulk saving old emails, syncing with Maximizer, when using the new version of Outlook
I am using the new version of Outlook. Maximizer will not allow me to 'bulk save' old emails, I can save emails 1 by 1 per client!!! However, this functionality exists for users who are using the old version of Outlook. I would like the same functionality.

warning message deleting leads process
When deleting a process for leads/opportunities/accounts, display a warning message that it will orphan opps/accts/leads that currently use that process. Ideally, prevent the deletion of a process unless if it's used. Prevent the deletion of the Default Process

System Logging Notes to follow security group of logged-in user
Currently, when a user creates or updates an appointment, task, opportunity, etc., the logging note created defaults to Public for Full Access. Customers want it changed to follow the Default Entry settings of the user. If the user doesn't specify Full Access for a security group, then default it to Public.

Improve the global editing feature.
When utilizing the new global search mode to retrieve a case, it displays a list of matching cases. However, there is currently no option to directly edit the case from this window to update details such as phone calls or other interactions. Instead, I have to re-enter the contact's name or associated entry and then navigate back to the case, which can be cumbersome. Streamlining the process to enable direct access to and editing of information associated with the case from the search results would significantly enhance efficiency.

Add colors to Task Dashboard
I would like to be able to add colors to the Tasks in the Dashboard to make it easier to see tasks at a glance and also assign tasks.

Add columns in Task Dashboard
I would like to be able to add additional columns to the Task Dashboard. For example, add a Status column where a task would switch from initial, to in process, to pending etc. depending on the status of the task.

Interactions printed out like the old note report
The note report was perfect in the past as I could select one customer and print the detailed note to forward to a manager with all the customer details such as address, email and phone included. It was what I used before Interactions feature was added. I do like the interaction feature as this makes it easier to log the calls, but I need to generate the details for one specific customer to send to my manager. I really need this ability instead of copying and pasting my interaction to notes it is redundant to have to do this extra…
