"See" Password
Please add the feature to "See" password when typing it. Client has blocked herself so many time over 3 days and keep having to reset because you are not able to see your password when typing it in.

Completing an appointment - initiate notes creation
Currently, when a calendar appointment is marked as completed, a prompt comes up to create a new appointment/task. In the past, according to one of my colleagues, one of the prompt options was to be taken to the notes section of the household/client, listed as an Attendee of the appointment, to add meeting notes upon completion of an appointment, This greatly facilitated the documentation of meeting discussion points. Having this option brought back would greatly reduce the number of meetings being completed without notes being added to the account.

I cant believe you have removed this feature.
The workflow of double clicking ANYWHERE in the bottom half of the details area was much faster for us that the current update. We don’t like having to click the specific pencil button to edit. Prefer to have it edit when we click on a field.1 vote -
Ideally, I would like to be able to assign tasks to multipe stores/companies for multiple users.
This will prompt multiple users within multiple stores to complete activity/task based objectives in the store.

Syncing with outlook
Syncing with outlook - I would like to be able to only have certain events synced from my outlook calendar. For example, I could tag phone calls, zoom and in office meetings - then have only those events synced. It would de clutter my calendar

search task with using partial names
When attaching a client name to a task, the 'task with' search function requires the full last name to be typed. It would be great if it could use partial names or better yet, start showing the potential contact names while you're typing...similar to the global search feature (which is great btw) Thank you.

Make complete item in drop-down field appear
Currently, the drop-down field of a table UDF in a Key Fieds set is too short to see the complete text of an item. Please adjust such that either the field is wider or the complete text of the item pops up. Checking and unchecking the items is inefficient. (From Rick Bofinger/Jerico Financial)

next appointment
If a calendar appt or task is completed without re-opening it, there is a pop up message to book the next appt or hotlist task. However, if you open the appt and change the notes and then check the box (while appt is open) to say it's complete then the pop up for the next appt does NOT appear. It would be good if that next appt/task pop up would appear in all situations and also carry the note forward so you don't have to retype it or copy/paste it.

Leads Conversion
I;ve just realised that when converting a Lead there's no way for the process to not create a Contact. You can choose an existing Company, but not that the Contact already exists.

Tasks - implement security for the Priority field
It is currently possible for any user to adjust the Priority of a task.
Would it be possible to implement security on this field so that it either can't be changed, or one of the user roles like CS or Sales Manager is required to change the priority?

Tasks - increase Priority field character limit
The current character limit for Priority in the new Tasks module is 3.
Would it be possible to increase this limit?
Even to something like 6, it would allow for greater variety and options in this field.

Tasks - additional following windows when opening records
In the new Tasks module, it is possible to click on an AB entry in the 'Name' column, as well as a Case or Opp in the 'Regarding' column, to see further Details as well as the Timeline for that entry.
This is a great feature, however it is limited to only Details and Timeline currently.
Could you add the capability to view the other following windows?

Move the Delete option from it's close proximity to the Add & Print options on the Notes tab
(& potentially other following tabs), and/or stop the Delete option having the default action of Enter to acknowledge, and/or provide an ability to Undo an accidental deletion.
A client has meant to print a note, clicked on the wrong option & then hit Enter, which is the default for deletion3 votes -

Maximizer Cloud "undeliverable email" message
I was showing a client how to create templates for use in the Maximizer Email Editor yesterday. She sent me an email and I never received it! Turned out that the email address she had for me in her Maximizer CRM Live was slightly wrong.
I asked her if she had received an "undeliverable email" message and she said no!
I tried it myself later on ... and I also received no message back that the email could not be delivered.
I searched in https://docs.maximizer.com/home/en-us/ for "undeliverable emails". No joy!
Any reason why users aren't warned if their emails are…

Add Hotlist task Category field to column view
The Category field in Hotlist tasks is a very useful field but is not available to add to Column views in Hotlist. For users with a large number of tasks outstanding the ability to sort their list by Category would be extremely helpful.

Programming and automation of text message sending to our contacts.
We aim to program and automate the sending of text messages to our contacts. We want to schedule these messages in advance. While our current integration of Twilio with Maximizer allows us to send "live" text messages, our goal is to pre-schedule these messages. For instance, we could send appointment reminders to our partners via text, scheduled either one or two hours prior to the appointment or at set times.

Use the results of Formula UDF in Mandatory Rules
I know that the idea of using a Formula UDF within another formula is under review, but it should be a simpler undertaking to allow the results to be used in comparison statements for Mandatory Field Rules.
We still need the other but this would be a good start.
