  1. Being able to acc a competitor/partner to a customer service case

    Many of our customers would like to have the possibility to add a 3rd party contact/company to their customer service cases. Similiar to the way competitors and partners can be added to opportunities.

  2. Save multiple emails from Outlook to Maximizer in a single step

    When I select multiple emails for multiple contacts in Outlook and then execute "Save to Maximizer", all the emails are saved to all the contacts selected. I would have expected for each email to be saved to the corresponding contact.

  3. Assigning a date to more than one hotlist task

    It would be ideal if a batch of hotlists tasks could be re-assigned with date, priority and user controls, so that workloads can be better managed, and managers with users with longer lists of hotlist tasks can better manage resources, quickly. Currently, it seems past due task can only be carried forward, but there is no way to take say, 1500 hotlist tasks, and put 40 per day, so that an employee can quickly manage future tasks scheduling with existing incompleted tasks

  4. Automatic selection of "key fields" dropdown depending on a user defined field

    At the moment you need to manually select from the key feilds drop down, there is no option to have this selection automatic. Please add a user defined field which switches the key field based on the selection?

  5. Automatic capitalization for creating entries and contacts

    Automatic capitalization for quickly entering new companies and contacts as per the postal code. This is a feature that was always there in all the previous versions of Maximizer.

  6. Recurring appointments with no end date

    When I set a recurring appointment I want to be able to set a no end date so that when I synchronize the appointments will sync.If I do not put an end date the first occurrence synchronizes but not the recurrences.

  7. Ability to backup Maximizer Live

    I used Maximizer Enterprise for years and one of the great features was the ability to backup the entire data base and store it remotely. I experimented with Sugar CRM this past year and they do not allow you to back it up. Only they can back it up. Well... my data got scrambled in Sugar and there was no backup (backup was scrambled. Now back to Maximizer Live and really like it but we need to be able to back it up locally. Depending on the cloud to backup your data is very risky.

  8. Add a shipping module to Maximizer for UPS, FedEx and USPS like Quickbooks. s using the info.

    There must be other users that need to ship items to contacts in Maximizer and have to resort to other programs and then transfer the info to customer service.

  9. Maximizer CRM Live - Exporting Notes To Spreadsheet - .csv or .xlsx

    if I export a contact list from the Maximizer CRM Live Address Book under my column set-ups into an Excel Spreadsheet, sometimes I would also like to be able to export all the Maximizer ‘Notes’ for those contacts. In our business, the notes are extremely important.

  10. Allow formula fields in Dashboard indicators

    Currently, Dashboard indicators are not able to report on Formula user-defined fields.

  12. Clear partial packets on remote sites when packet transport is incomplete

    At times our remote users have a disrupted MaxExchange process while the packets are uncompressing. We want the system to automatically clear these uncompressed packets to allow processing to proceed, or at leat to prompt for deletion (which will have the same result). At it stands, these packets hold up processing until they are deleted.

  13. Increase length of basic fields

    Please add the option to increase the length of the basic fields or just increase them out-of-the-box. The amount of characters isn't enough.

  14. Default entry for tasks or appointments

    We would like to have the ability to default the activity (and possibly other fields) in a task or appointment. The activity or subject would be text or a drop down item.

  16. Outlook Calendar Sync to copy Location to matching field

    When synching appointments to Outlook, include the Location from Maximizer in the Location field in Outlook and vice-versa.

  17. Auto delete emails option from outlook when saving emails from the outlook toolbar for web access.

    The outlook toolbar for the web product needs to be improved so it has similar functionality to the current email window in Maximizer for legacy based users. Please include an option to automatically remove/delete the email from the inbox after the email has been saved.

  18. Email Logging

    Currently, emails sent to clients from their address book entry get logged to any address book entry with that email address. (this can be manipulated in the "logging details"). Our company sends emails to third parties (employees) that are in reference to the address book entry but not being sent to the address book entry. Currently we must go into Outlook and manually link the email sent to that entry. I believe it works this way because the email address is being used as the identifier.   19. We want to be able to do a backup of our CRM Live database on our own computers at our office.

    Provide a way for us to backup our database on our hard drives in our office. Do not like having something so valuable only accessible via someone else's cloud based servers.

  20. Have the phone number in a edit box that can a user can “Copy and Paste” it into a Dialer.

    For my sales calls, I want to use the Google dialer but there is no easy way to copy and paste the phone number into the dialer. Can you provide me an easy way to copy the phone number of a specific contact in Maximizer?
