  3. Add Cell formatting to the Grid Integration Framework

    It would be nice to be able to apply custom formatting to a row in the Grid Framework such as the ability to set the background color of a specific column or columns.

  4. An integration module for 3CX (Unified Communications)

    The 3CX CRM Integration module is a Windows application that allows you to integrate 3CX Phone System with different CRM systems. The module provides out of the box integration with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sage ACT!, SugarCRM and Google Contacts. The integration with other CRM systems can be easily achieved by creating custom plugins. This functionality increases user productivity, enhances reporting for management and improves customer service levels.

  5. Deleting Dashboards in the Web

    You can create and edit Dashboards in the Web Client but you cannot delete redundant Dashboards. Please add Dashboards to the Administrator menu in the Web Client as per the existing functionality in the Windows Client.

  6. Ability to make an Appointment recurring after you've created it

    You can only make an Appointment recurring when you create it. When you double-click on an existing Appointment, the "Recurring" button is greyed out.

    Ideally, you should be able to make an Appointment recurring after the event - for example, if you schedule a meeting which you then decide to repeat in a weeks' time.

  7. Email notification linked to the record

    When we receive an email notification (task or appointment), we should be able to access the contact's record directly from that notification.

  9. Parser for LinkedIn and/or XING

    A customer of us is interested in a parser that would extract information from XING and/or LinkedIn similiar to an addon he used for a different CRM software that he used before changing to Maximizer CRM.
    As XING and LinkedIn are getting more and more important for todays business it would be a great help to keep contact informatio up to date. A possible parser (might be an AddOn) would help them to add contacts/companies/individuals faster and therefore save money.

  10. Skip blank fields in Word integration

    When using the v12 Word integration, we would like the ability to not print and trim out blank fields and not print blank rows. Examples of problem fields for this type of integration would be Middle Name and Address Line 2. If some records have a Middle Name and/or an Address Line 2, presently I can't use Word merge fields effectively because some records have extra spaces and extra lines. If the merge fields had an option to 'Not print if field is Blank' this issue would be resolved. Presently the NameandAddress object does skip blank lines but…

  11. Notes Report - Pull all/selected notes from Customer Service and Opportunities

    The Notes Report at the Address Book level can only pull "system" notes from Customer Service and Opportunities related to the AB record.

    This capability should be expanded to include all notes from the CS and Opp modules so you can create a complete summary of interactions with the AB record.

    The tech I was working with was not able to access a license number for us. I do not understand how a company does not have access to it's own resources. In the end, I had to jump through loops and bounds to obtain the license info...

  15. Attach multiple contacts to a custoemr service case

    Sometimes you need to attach multiple contacts to a case. This is particularly important if the case is created from an incomming email where muliple people are CCd. At present this would create multiple cases.

  16. Include attachments with email templates

    The email templatges are great and save a lot of time. A nice improvement would be the ability to store a template with mutiple attachments. This way if my template is a meeting confirmation then the attachment could be a map of the venue.

    This is important for Financial Services clients who cannot rely on their clients to follow links to files and must be able to show the content of correspondence.

  17. Intelligent Links in Address Book and Opportunity Views

    Change the functionality of Links within the Views to be specific to the list itself.

    For instance when viewing Opportunities if you click on the Company/Individual link, it takes you to the Opportunity view rather than the view of that company or individual. While you can do this via a right click/select, it would be easier and intuitive to directly link to that entity.

    Other smart links could be created:
    - email address - opens default email client
    - phone number - automatically opens a, make call, note
    - other fields - would open the Opportunity/Address Book and make that…

  20. Inconsistent / confusing search behaviour when searching Address Book fields from Case/Opportunity windows

    Maximizer has the options to search/display user defined fields from the address book entry in the case/opportunity windows, but they are not consistent.

    If an address book field is added to the column setup in the case/opportunity windows Maximizer always displays the value against the company attached to the case/opportunity. It doesn’t matter if there is a contact associated with the case/opportunity or not.

    When doing an All Fields search in either the case/opportunity window Maximizer and selecting address book user defined fields, Maximizer will search fields from the contact if one is attached or company fields if no contact…
