Skip blank fields in Word integration
When using the v12 Word integration, we would like the ability to not print and trim out blank fields and not print blank rows. Examples of problem fields for this type of integration would be Middle Name and Address Line 2. If some records have a Middle Name and/or an Address Line 2, presently I can't use Word merge fields effectively because some records have extra spaces and extra lines. If the merge fields had an option to 'Not print if field is Blank' this issue would be resolved. Presently the NameandAddress object does skip blank lines but has other deficiencies that make it only a partial solution.

You also need to add Position, Department and Division to the Address Book merge field list. You should also have User First Name, User Last Name, User Position, User Email etc. like you can in the windows so that templates can be managed centrally and added to the Company Library.
Currently any client on a purely hosted solution will not have adequate mail merge functionality.
