  2. Maximizer Unicode

    Maximizer needs to be a fully unicode compliant application. When integrated with other tool, the records created by synchronization contain often ??? instead of Chinese or Japanese characters.

  3. To assist Users in complying with CASL., the "Opt-in email type" field should be an available field for Global Edit and Importing

    We're about to begin migrating several thousand customer entries and want to use the "Opt-in email type" field in order to comply with anti-spam legislation. We're not able to see the "Opt-in email type" field under the Global Edit options. Is the only option to manually change individual records? It would be beneficial to have the "Opt-in email type" field available as an import field as well.

  4. Ability to choose the resolution date when resolving a case

    Provide the ability to choose the resolution date when resolving a case. Default to current date but make the field editable.

  5. Change Appointment Organizer in Calendar

    We have a few people who schedule all the appointments for our sales people. They usually switch to the appropriate sales persons calendar and add the appointment. No this person becomes the organizer. While making the appointment you can change the organizer but afterwards that option disappears. You they now have to delete the appointment and reenter all the data if the organizer changes.

    Why not allow the organizer to be changed?

  6. Change when Stage Bar Buttons are pressed

    The new Opportunity page shows the stages just above the Opportunity details. When one of these stages is double clicked, the Opportunity opens for editing. It would be nice to be able to double click the new stage and have a pop up which confirms that you want to change the stage. Then only the stage is updated without actually having to edit it and save. This pop up could actually ask whether to update the stage or edit the opp, so you could then do whatever you want from there.

  7. When searching for deleted users you can find them but can't do a global edit to remove them.

    When creating a contact in Outlook, add in the salutation field (Mr / Mrs) in Outlook so you don't have to go back into the contact in Maximizer and add it in afterwards.

  8. Universal Search

    Maximizer should add a universal search similar to a search engine(e.g. google, bing, yahoo, etc.) that looks at all the maximizer entries notes, companies, individual , UDF, etc. This would dramatically improve the power of maximizer.

  9. Duration in business days

    The new duration field would be more useful to banking and business users if the concept of business days + skip weekends + skip holidays were taken into account. We often have a process which initiates on a date and then other deliverables are due after business days, weekends and holidays are accounted for. The present system only accounts for days.

  11. Add a difference in activities for Tasks and appointments

    Add a way to see the difference between a Task and an Appointment in the activities Tab.

    This could be done with an icon or a color rule.

  12. I would like to be able to customize the colour in Maximizer

    I would like to have more options for the colour used in Maximizer. The Green is too much, would like more neutral colour options... I honestly preferred the white blank background over the new green one.

  13. Note reports sort options

    At this moment when you run a note report on the addressbook records that are listed in the Addressbook, a report will be shown that will sort all the notes on Last name of the contacts. Usefull if you search for a note related to a certain contact. But not usefull if you only know the company name.

    On creating a Notes report it is very usefull that the user can change the sorting order. (Companyname, last name, creation date etc.)

  16. All Cases, My Cases, My CURRENT Cases, why isn't there an ALL CURRENT cases options?

    As stated there is an All Cases, My Cases, and My Current Cases options, in Customer Service, but to get All Current Cases, you have to load all Cases and then filter it, which takes extra time. It would be GREAT if there was a one step option like there used to be.

  17. Print to Dymo or Brother Handheld Label Printer

    Many small businesses use single label printers, because they are cost effective, and fast machines for producing unique labels.

    Maximizer CRM Live should have an option to print labels to other types of printers without having to go through MS WORD to print something as simple as a single label.

    Dymo and Brother make label printers - and there are options, drivers etc for Dymo in MS Word, but the merge capabilities in Maximizer are only for MS WORD - and there is no option for Dymo or Brother as printer formats.

  18. Convert Individual record - Copy all basic fields and UDFs to Company and Contact records

    When we convert an Individual Record to a Company/Contact, the fields are carried over to the Contact record but not to the Company.

    Example : The "Partner" field value isn’t carried over into the Company record, although it is available on the Contact record.

    Please copy automatically all fields and UDFs to both records during the conversion or give the ability to choose manually which field to copy...
