Maximizer Cloud "undeliverable email" message
I was showing a client how to create templates for use in the Maximizer Email Editor yesterday. She sent me an email and I never received it! Turned out that the email address she had for me in her Maximizer CRM Live was slightly wrong.
I asked her if she had received an "undeliverable email" message and she said no!
I tried it myself later on ... and I also received no message back that the email could not be delivered.
I searched in https://docs.maximizer.com/home/en-us/ for "undeliverable emails". No joy!
Any reason why users aren't warned if their emails are sent to an email address that does not exist?
I checked with Maximizer Chat Support and received an email response saying that Maximizer Cloud was unable to do this and inviting me to add a Feature Suggestion!
Thanks,
John

I agree. The embedded email service in Maximizer should provide a way to accommodate return/returned, bounce/bounced and undelivered email in the email editor as well as Campaigns.
