  1. I would like to send a task email to someone who is not a user. Our office used a shared in box for our shared tasks s

    Our office used a shared inbox for our shared tasks. since that email is not associated with a person - we have to work around the system to send tasks to our shared inbox. Our team works parttime and everything needs to live in on place -for the shared work load. your system is based on individuals with their own work load - can you introduce some flexibility?

  3. Turn off mandatory go to settings pop up if you have notifications turned off on Maximizer app settings.

    I have turned off notifications for Max on settings of iPhone. Every time I log in, a pop up takes me to settings. Turn off this mandate. I should be able to set once then leave it alone if I don't want notifications. Now it is inconvenient to go to settings, turn off then go back to app every time I log in. I could just stay logged in, but I don't always want to do that either.

  4. Recurring tasks added to client's activity tab

    Right now, when setting up a recurring task for a client, it only shows in the task list. We need the recurring task to show up under the client's activity tab so when we view the client's information, we can see what is coming up!

  6. Reasonable Workflow to Add Photo to Contact

    The one place I never have a photo to add to a maximizer contact is on my computer. Yet the only way to add a photo is via upload from my computer.

    What I actually want to do is copy a photo from a web page, or copy a link to a photo from a web page, and paste into the image control. If i do have the photo on my pc, drag and drop it into the image control.

  7. Leads - mandatory option for basic fields

    It is possible to set Mandatory fields in other modules for basic fields, but the option is not available for the Leads module.

    A customer provided an example of the fact they have 2 teams handling leads - 'Team A' creating Leads and then 'Team B' processing the Leads further.

    It would be beneficial for the customer to have the option to make some basic fields in the module mandatory.

  8. Including the phone number in the consolidated timeline report.

    The consolidated timeline report does not have a column with phone numbers, the previous version did. If one forgets to add a phone number when building a new prospect, this venue would be a great source, Also, when auditing performance, having the phone number accessible would eliminate having to find the prospect in another window.

  9. Quick search

    After the upgrade to the 2023 R2 version, the quick search now adds to the list when you select from the drop down list and it replaces the list when you search from scratch for a new entry and not picking from the list.

    The search should not work this way - it should replace the current list with your search result no matter what you do. That is how all quick searches work (take Google search for an example).   10. Dashboards - UDF ability to sort Numerically

    Currently if you have a List indicator in Dashboards for a numeric UDF, it won't sort in order as by default all UDFs sort alphanumerically.

    The suggestion is that Numeric UDF fields should be sorted numerically only.

  11. Empty List upon Opening a Maximizer.

    There is a major frustration of ALL new clients I spoke with. They do not understand why their Maximizer List is Empty and where to look

    There is clearly a need to have a Flash Form or some sort of Pointer to the View -> All Entries...

    It could be done with a java script displaying an arrow to the Menus...
    or a Flash form containing Menu Item for View (we can make a checkbox not to show next time) (This is probably the easiest to implement)

  12. ability to use email templates on the mobile ap. It would be a real help!

    The mobile app would be far more helpful if I were able to pull templates into outgoing emails while on the road with my phone.

  15. Right client on converted lead, to view entry in address book or opportunity module from Leads Module

    When viewing converted leads, a quick way to find them in address book or opportunity module would be to have the ability to right click and view in either module. Example below is a right click from the opportunity module into the address book.

  16. Interactions - Meeting Attendees

    If an Interaction involves several people, it would be useful to say who attended.

    For example, if I have a video call and a number of people attended, I would like to be able to pick them from the list of contacts on the company/individual record as having attended, and for this to be visible on the resulting interaction record.

    In On-Premise versions of Maximizer, it is possible to produce an XML file of customizations located in the data structure so that these can be modified or applied to other databases.

    It would be great if there was a route to be able to produce this in CRM Live as well.
