moving documents to designated opportunities or cases
When you have documents attached to contacts - it would be nice if you could move selected documents to opportunities and cases.

Sequential task on action plans
We would like to be able to generate a list of sequential task that to illustrate a work flow, or sequence of events that is not tied to follow ups. For example, a job aid might have 20 steps to perform a task. We'd like to be able to enter that job aid into maximizer so that all staff can follow the same procedure. However we only want one follow up at the end of the sequence, or the ability to enter follow ups at our discretion and not have the follow up required for each task.

Being able to add a contact to multiple businesses
If you could select multiple businesses to add/update the same contact person at the same time instead of 1 at a time, would save a LOT of time.

Custom popup (like custom actions) in the Leads module
Add the ability to have a custom popup (like custom actions) in the leads module. This could then link to the Address Book when a lead is converted.

VOIP Ring Central. so you can call from in max and record. had it before now gone
So you can call from in max "Make a call" and record results. Had it before now gone. all the key features are there. Just can not call from in max. Used to have screen pop up with caller. Gone to eh!

household
In the Financial Advisor edition, add the option to have individual contact info under the household to carry through to show under the household as well. Espeicllay for the date last contacted field, this would make one entry instead of three. Other feilds this could apply to that would be helpful would be the account details and for notes.

Outlook calendar email
When confirm when sending email is enabled in the Outlook add-in preferences, a prompt appears when sending an appointment email invitation originating in Outlook. However; when you select any of the Save email and save to... options an error appears "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." If you are not able to save the email to Maximizer then I suggest disabling the save to feature when sending Outlook appointment invitations.

Allow individuals to change the default "read and full access" within the "add a note" feature
For Advisors and Assistants (or anyone who works with a team), allow the default "read access" and "full access" to be changed. Our team wishes to have team access when they "add a note" to a contact. Otherwise no one else can see it

- Outlook plugin should have option to capture resource and tag Customer.

Excel import restriction by module
I need to give access to certain users to excel export their opportunity or service case, but want to restrict address book download. I need to have a track on user level data export to excel.

Integration with Seamless.ai.
A list of prospects in Seamless.ai can be imported into Maximizer CRM. Set up company and then a contact within that company. Check if company already exists before setting up a new company record.

Add 'Jan this year' 'Feb this year' etc to rolling date range in advanced search.

Opportunities in "Save to Maximizer in Outlook"
When trying to save an email in outlook to a specific opportunity - I click save to maximizer - save to opportunity.
Now it wants me to search by last name or company name.
But - many of my opportunities have many different companies involved.
So - why not have the search box bring up a place to enter the Opportunity Name - which would save so much time if we don't remember the exact company that started it all?
It's an opportunity search - simplistic would be searching by opportunity name and nothing else.

"All Day" events actually make the user busy in Outlook
We've run into a few issues where "all day" events don't actually make the user "busy" on Outlook. If we manually make an event from 5am to 7pm then it will show the user as busy, so the technology is there, it's just not reflecting when we toggle the "all day" tab.

increase the email save with attachments to greater than 10 mb
Please increase the email save with attachments to greater than 10 mb. It should at least be as much as the document download limit of 50 mb.

iNTERACTIONS
Interactions when used in Customer Service Cases or Opportunities (Accounts) should generate an email notice to monitors of the case, just as Notes does. Otherwise it does not have any value over notes.

Allow more than 5000 characters in notes
The character limit of 5,000 when entering a note for a client is far too low!! I'm constantly running up against this limit and having to make other arrangement (e.g. save separate document in files, split the note into two separate notes.
This is very frustrating as it makes following a set of notes much more complicated. This problem can be alleviated by increasing the limit to 20,000 characters or more or no limit at all!

allow connection to okta for single sign on
We use Okta authentication for single sign on to all of our applications. This gives us control over MFA and password expirations across all applications. But Maximizer in the cloud does not integrate with Okta. It would be greatly beneficial if it did.
