  1. Automated Texting Follow Up Feature

    Hi Maximizer,

    Is there a way to create an automated texting feature within Maximizer to follow up or remind clients about appointments.

    This would be a great feature. Or would this be done using Zappier?

  2. Allow Adding an Individual to a Template Campaign when in Address Book Tab

    Hi Maximizer,

    I think it is rather cumbersome if you are in an invididual record (address book tab) and you have to click on Email Campaign just to enter someone into an Email Campaign Template. In some of the older versions of maximizer you were able to enter someone in though pushing a button in address book and selecting the individual.

    This was much more convienent.

    Hi Maximizer,

    I am with Marabella Commercial Finance, Inc. and use your Maximizer CRM with our direct lenders and clients. We use the Texting feature that works with Twillio. It is very valuable to us for follow up.

    What we don't like about it when some responds to us we really can't know when they do that especially if we send out a large text.

    What I suggest create a popup when someone responds to our text.

  4. Leads - Do Not Create Opportunity option

    When using the Leads module you can Convert the entry to an Address Book entry.

    When doing so you are presented the option to create an Opportunity at the same time. There is also the check box available for 'Do Not Create Opportunity'.

    However, there is no option to enable this checkbox by default. This would be useful if you are a business that either doesn't use the Opportunity module, or creates Opportunities manually at a later time.

  5. Notes Associated Entry - ability to update or move the note from one record to another

    It would be great if we could either update the name in the Associated Entry column in Notes or be able to move it - sometimes things get placed in the wrong area or under the wrong name - it is extremely time consuming and tedious to have to move each one by re-entering all that info!

  6. Viewing the Calendar when adding an appointment in Customer Service

    It is currently possible to add an appointment when a Customer Service case is selected.

    However, you can't view the Calendar directly when adding an appointment like this.

    This would be useful, for example, when trying to schedule appointments for engineers. Another simple example is just trying to schedule something for your own day - you may want to view the Calendar to see how the day is shaping up in general.

    This was a feature of Maximizer previously but was lost in the move to Web Access.

    The suggestion is for this feature to be returned.

  7. More control over outloook/office 365 SYnc

    I would like to be able to:
    - Synchronize contacts TO outlook, i never want an outlook contact synced back from maximizer as that seems troublesome .
    - Synchronize Calendar Entries Between outlook and maximizer. Mostly we do calendars in outlook, occasionally edit in maximizer.

  9. Ability to attach document/email to multiple companies at one time

    The two options for attaching a document/email (in the Documents section or Outlook integration) require you to choose or lookup companies one at a time. It would be nice to pull up a list in the Address Book and attach the document to all those facilities at one time through a function like Global Edit.

  10. Improve "Delete" option in Opportunities

    In order to remove an Opportunity one must go to Edit and then Delete. When the Delete option is selected there is a Pop-up that says that deleting will cause all of the information to be deleted. It needs to be modified to state that if it is an Opportunity that you are deleting that the information for the Contact will not be deleted. It is very confusing the way it is now.

  11. Improved readability of dates

    I run a camping booking system on Maximizer. It would be great to be able after keying in the booking days to search and/or read off arrival days for my customers by the day (text) and not by a numeric.

  12. Colouring rules for UDF's

    It would be great if we could add colour to a UDF output.

    I have an IF formula that mathmatically checks 2 numeric UDF's to ensure that they have the same value and outputs "PASS" or "FAIL" depending on result.

    I would like to be able to colour the "FAIL" red so that it stands out in the KEY Field allowing my team spot the "FAIL" more easily.

  13. Timesheet for users / logging useage

    As a manager with employees working remotely, it would be helpful to have a timesheet function where management can track user log-in/log-out. Instead of asking for employees to log their hours manually, they can simply log-in and work as usual. Tracking user activity within Maximizer can also ensure proper usage and training.

  14. Note Search and/or Documents Search to be able to include only emails with attachments

    From a client : It is sometimes important for us to be able to quickly see what has been sent to a particular person for the purposes of due diligence in negotiations.
    This could be achieved by running a report that listed all of the attachments which were sent to a particular person. I know we are able to individually go through the documents tab in max and obtain the attachments from there (which is what I did this time) but if there were hundreds of emails this would prove to be a bit time consuming.

  17. Maximizer App to allow calling from other phone apps

    We utilize a VOIP office phone system called 3CX. This system has an app on our iPhones and we are able to call from it and it reads on the call display to the person that is receiving the call as if we are calling from our office phone number.

    If we are in the Maximizer app, inside a client record and click the phone number hyperlink, it gives 2 options “Call with Phone” or “Send a text message”.

    When I click call from phone it defaults to call from my cell phone number using the default iPhone calling app.

  19. accessibility issue - sending emails with outlook needs visual/keyboard clues

    At times users need to drive things with the keyword, or a keyword proxy that they can drive with voice recognition like Dragon NaturallySpeaking.

    The dialogue that pops up when sending an email is problematic. I have no visual clue as to which option is selected by default, and no way to select between them using the keyboard. I would expect the default option to be highlighted somehow, and if I were to use the up and down arrows that the selected option would change.

    Then I could press enter to select the desired option. Also, shortcut keys would be…

  20. More ways to contact clients - telegram, whatsapp, etc.

    For each phone number, i can configure a number of services - phone, telegram chat, telegram call, whatsapp call, etc.

    System wide, i select which services we use with clients, and an associated icon and URL scheme. You would prepolulate with telegram, whats app, skype, the rest are up to us.

    On the contact details tab, instead of just a phone icon, which uses the tel: URL shcheme, there are also iconds for skype, telegram, whatever else I set up.

    Further, for services not using phone numbers for addressing, they can be listed as "Communications" rather than "PHone" but show…
