Outlook Integration - assigning cases when creating
When using the integration to Create a Case, it is not currently an option available to assign an owner.
Could this option be added?

Clients using the Outlook plug in to create cases are creating skeleton records which are causing workflow issues without the ability to assign the 'Case owner' or 'Assigned to' fields at the point of creation.
