Customer Service - Last Modified Date
Whenever a note or email is added to a case in Customer Service, the 'Last Modified Date' doesn't change. Please can this change to reflect the last time anything is added to the case? This would allow easier tracking of case handling.

Each Contact to have unique billing, shipping, and contact addresses, all printible to a label
Each Contact in a Company should have the option for an address for a OFFICE LOCATION Address, BILLING Address, Shipping Address, and that sequence should be repeatable / printable to an envelope, or label through Word Integration - and the sequence detectable so when I want to print 1000 labels for billing addresses for each contact at a company, I can do so and it will grab the right address. Similarly if I ever want to send a CONTACT who works from home a package (not the company, but the contact) I have to print labels by exporting the list…

Link Maximizer contact to Outlook appointment
When a user adds an appointment in Outlook the resulting appointment syncs to Maximizer as personal. We are requesting a button in Outlook to add a Maximizer contact to the Outlook appointment so upon syncing with Maximizer it is associated with the CRM contact.

Expiry Date of Marketing Consent
I would like to be able to create an advanced search or a report to show the EXPIRY DATE associated with "Opt-In Email Type". When we collect implied consent to send marketing emails, it expires in 6 months which is a "setting" in Maximizer, but not a field. There is currently no way to do a search to see the expiry date so we can contact them via email PRIOR to the expiry date of the implied consent.

Email Font - Calibri
In the email font preferences 'Calibri' isn't an option to select. It can be selected when writing an email, just not when setting preferences. Please can this be added?

Insert the same document on multiple records with Global Edit
With the Global Edit, we can insert the same Note on multiple records.

Open a docx document and save it back to Maximizer word document (update in stead off creating a new copy)
When you open a MS Word document from Maximizer you can edit this document. But when you save this document back to Maximizer a new copy is added to the documents tab in Maximizer. We would really like to see a save option to update the same document in Maximizer.
Because on opening the document in MS Word, the name is changed by adding tmp to the name it can't be updated back to Maximizer.

Template library folders
Provide the ability to file templates into folders in the Template Library similar to the Company Library. Template lists can get quite long.

Regarding the position field It is too short. Increase the field from 79 to 150.

Contact -> In column Employee Title mapped to Position: The cell value 'Vice President & Director, Floating Technology Applications (Floating Oil & Gas Solutions)' is too long to fit in the field, which fits 79 characters

Notification Toasts for Date fields
It does not appear possible to create a toast\notification for Date fields. Could this be added in a future release - just the population \ change of a date would be sufficient?

Hide Products/Services items
We now have many old items in our Products/Services drop down for Opportunities and Cases. We would like to be able to hide older items so they don't show.
53 votesWe recommend pre-pending the old products with “zzz_” to indicate that they are no longer available, so that they are at the end of the list, and so that you can still run reports for products that are no longer sold

Mailing label position
I would like to be able to indicate the label position for each time I print labels. Otherwise whether I am doing 1 or 25 labels I would have to start a new page of labels for each one. That would indicate a lot of waste for expensive labels

Word add-in: Option for convert to PDF and save to Maximizer
An option in the Word add-in under the Save to Maximizer button to "Convert to PDF and save to Maximizer". Similar but slightly different to the other excellent PDF requests on here.

Apply Process Changes to Existing Opportunities
If a user edits an existing process in any way then Maximizer should ask the user if they want that adjustment to be applied to all existing opportunities that use that process. To allow for consistency after process editing.

Printing labels or envelopes off CRM Live 2018
The current process of printing an envelope or label is long and tedious, unlike the crm 2017 editor based printing which was much quicker. In our business -travel medical insurance sales- we still develop a lot of paper documents to be mailed out along with our annual wall calendars.
Surely there is a quicker way of getting an envelope or label printed. since I'm not the IT guy, that's your forte.4 votes -

It is great having a Suggestions Link to this site within Maximizer. But each time I have to then Sign In to vote or comment. Is it not possible to have the Suggestions site to recognise me when I hit the link from within my Maximizer?

Action Plan number of weeks limited to 2 digits is a problem
For certain purposes it's necessary to schedule Action Plan events greater than 99 weeks ahead, but this is the maximum allowed - please increase to 3 digits. Note that using Monthly time increments doesn't provide enough accuracy

Office 365 integration Save Email to Documents Tab
The Office 365 integration is great in the ability to create an Opportunity, but the Save Email option is lacking in that it only saves to Notes, & not the Documents tab as well as it should, so attachments etc are available.
