Integration with Dropbox/Possibly allowing folder uploads to documents
I noticed that there is no way to upload a folder into 'Add a Document'. When I am looking through hundreds of files under a contact/individual's address book entry, I would enjoy having everything organized into folders, making it easier to find.
Is it possible to add that feature? Or perhaps integrating Dropbox so that a third party could take the brunt end of the storage space.
Let me know if this makes sense, or if there is a way to upload folders and I have missed it...Thank you16 votes -
Save email to Opportunity in the Maximizer Outlook App
Currently, you can only save an email to an Opportunity in the desktop version of Outlook using the Maximizer tab.
It's not possible to do this using the Outlook integration in the App Directory - please can we have this functionality as non-Windows Office 365 users rely on the App to integrate emails with Maximizer.

Office 365 SMTP Authenticated Submission
We use Office 365 and would like to use it for sending e-mails from Maximizer Live.
This can be done on a global level by overriding the Maximizer email server settings, but the issue is that in Maximizer Live, there is no ability to specify SMTP settings on a per-user basis, so e-mails can only be sent through one Office 365 hosted mailbox for all Maximizer users.
If there was the ability to specify the email server settings on a per-user basis, we could specify each user's Office 365 hosted mailbox and each user would then have their e-mail sent…

UDF Report
The Reports that were in the Administrator are not available in the Web Access ie Address Book Summary & UDF Report. They should be! And the list of UDF's in the web access Setup UDF's screens should include extra columns to show details such as what level they apply ie Company, Contact, Individual, whether they are Single or multi value tables etc.

Opportunity Average Age - Dashboards
It appears that the Opportunity Age field is not available as a field to perform a function on when creating a Dashboard indicator.

Add a Suburb Line under the Address (Some addresses are too long to fit in the current address lines)

Add Make Selected List Current option to right click menu
This would be a great little addition to save time for users - tick multiple entries, right click on the address book and have the ability to make the selected list current - many other Edit Menu items are available but this one is missing.

Global edit note with Important flag
The new global edit screen does not allow adding a new with the important flag. In the previous version it did.

Alarms
I would like to see alarms pop up on your screen like they did in the old version with snooze options. I am not always sitting here to hear an alarm and usually have multiple screen open.

Saving an email to an Opp in Outlook is hard to choose between Opps from one company.
In Outlook integration when saving an email to an opp: Changing the column setup will only make it easier to find the company/contact from the opportunity. But on the next fase it is hard to choose an opportunity when the Objective is always e.g. Upsell. It is hard to make the opportunities within a company differ from each other. Please make this customizable or add description to the screen.

Additional "Date Last contacted" type fields.
We have had a few requests to have better "Date Last Contacted" information
Ideally can we get a set of automatically updated date fields for "Last Emailed", "last appointment", "last phoned" etc as well as the umbrella "Last Contacted" field.15 votes -

MailChimp - allow 'Unsubscribe' to synchronize with Maximizer
If a user unsubscribes in MailChimp then they are removed from synchronization, but there is no way to tell in Maximizer if that user unsubscribed.
This could be a problem with GDPR now in place.
E.g. A marketing agency uses MailChimp but the sales team email from within Maximizer. If a user unsubscribes then they may still receive mail from the sales team that isn't wanted.
Please add a feature to allow the 'Unsubscribe' in MailChimp to synchronize with Maximizer.

Appointment Description should be written to logged notes on contact
When completing an appointment, the logged note should include the long text Description field of the Appointment. This is sent in the email notification but is not written to the logged note on the contact.

document preview
The original versions of Maximizer had a preview pane for documents. We sorely miss this option and would like to see it reinstated for Web Access. Downloading every document is generally time consuming and an unnecessary inconvenience.

Folder structure for emails
Create a selectable mandatory field option so that outgoing and incoming emails can be saved to pre determined categories.
Current situation of simple time and date stamping of emails under a contact makes finding historical email conversations painful & time consuming.
If users don't want to be able to save under user created categories then they can deselect the option.
But if selected, the sending and saving cannot occur unless a selectable field is ticked as unless its made mandatory users will not save to categories unless it is mandatory

Default Attachments Linked to Email Templates
We are just wondering whether we could make a suggestion on email template. We are sending out the same attachment to a specific email template every time, so we are thinking if we can have default attachment linked to the text email template could help us a lot. Please let me know what you think and whether that is achievable or not, hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you.
