Indicate inbound/outbound emails in Interactions
Right now in Interactions, you can differentiate between inbound and outbound calls. Please incorporate a feature to differentiate between inbound and outbound emails.

Please bring back the "History" tab!
The "History" tab on entries was extremely helpful to me. When other people made changes to entries, I could see who made the change, when it happened, etc. I was able to make sure I didn't miss details, and that they were instead added after I first viewed the entry (sample request). Without this, I won't be able to see if any edits were made, and I will definitely miss alterations made to sample requests, resulting in mistakes. Please bring the history tab back!!

Help Centre, Whats New section should have a chronological list
A client today realised that the new release has changed where emails go, so I was going to point them at the release documentation, until trying it myself I realised that only the very latest one is there (regarding Word integration), with no ability to look back at what else had been released. It would be great if there was say the last 5 release notices there available to look at

Webforms should have option to bring entries in as Leads
Instead of only being able to add new address book records, the webforms should be updated to have the option to create Leads.

Add status filter in the Outlook add-in Opportunities search
Please add a Status filter into the Outlook add-in Opportunities search. At the current time, the automatic search (first window) lists In Progress opportunities only (if any), and the manual search lists all status opportunities only. We would like to be able to filter the manual search to a particular status, e.g. In Progress, or Won, etc.
Similar to the Status filter that now exists in the Outlook add-in Cases search.

Show current version on login page
Show current product version on login page so anyone can at-a-glance see which product they are running, if they're updated to the latest version, etc.

Please Please let us Bold, Italic, or subtly alter the System fields for Contact Details!
Using our version of Maximizer, we really would LOVE to be able to bold a company name instead of ONLY the First name and Last name...
For Households that have dual last names, we have come to a partial solution since there is only one spot for names based on the basic system fields. We have been using the "Company Name" spot to input dual name clients so that when we are sending correspondence to the household level, it doesn't take 3 days to ensure all the one off's are truly ready to send.

New notes position the cursor at the 2nd line of the note
When I create a new note in Max 2022 R1 beta2 I am immediately positioned on the 2nd line of the note. The default font for my database is Arial. If I move the cursor to the 1st line, the text is now Times New Roman. It looks as though the 'important' exclamation point is moving the text down but at least for some users that button is on the top right of the toolbar, not wrapped around. Should begin the note in the first line.

Change to note text does not prompt 'Save changes to note?' upon clicking Cancel
User is reviewing an existing note and they notice a work that is not spelled correctly. If the user right clicks the word and fixes the spelling (but does not click into the note dialog to edit the text) Maximizer doesn't prompt the user to save when they click Cancel. Would expect this to evoke that Save changes to note prompt.

Choose own default search field in Outlook add-in
Can we have a setting that allows us to choose our own default search field to be used when searching for entries to save Outlook emails to? Our specific example is when we are saving to cases. Often we must click "Search cases", and the "Search for" field always defaults to "Last Name". Can we have a setting somewhere that allows us to choose a different default "Search for" field? We would choose "Case Number". This small change would reduce our clicks and save us a lot of time, cumulatively.

Proper handling of return values for formula UDF date functions
Right now:
"Any formula that supplies an invalid date to the Date function will result in a blank value. For example, the function “Date (2012, 4, 31)” is invalid since the month of April does not have 31 days. If this function is part of a larger compound expression, the entire expression will evaluate to blank."Adding a IsBlankDate() predicate function would go a long way to allowing formula UDFs to track blank date fields and respond accordingly.

Automatic User Provisioning/Deprovisioning with SAML2 SSO
When a user is added to Maximizer from the IDP's side, it will automatically create the user account in Maximizer and disable the account if the user is removed from the IDP.

IDP-initiated login flow for SSO
Right now, with Maximizer 2021 R2, you have integration with any IDP (Azure, etc.) using SP-initiated login. Please improve this integration by including IDP-initiated login.

Autosignature handling
Using autosignatures is great, enabling you to share email templates for consistency in appearance from all users, EXCEPT for 1 thing. When you choose to change to a template that is not set as your default, it replaces the default message template with the new one, BUT DOES NOT reattach the autosignature. The end rersult is that you have to have multiple personalised templates for everything else other than the default standard template - the same issue you have if not using autosignatures - very stupid & frustrating!

allow connection to okta for single sign on
We use Okta authentication for single sign on to all of our applications. This gives us control over MFA and password expirations across all applications. But Maximizer in the cloud does not integrate with Okta. It would be greatly beneficial if it did.

Include Address Book entries in email reminder switch
This has caused us no end of grief. We periodically have clients tell us that they did not get the email reminder for their appointment. We would go into the appointment and sure enough, the switch is OFF. We check a bunch of past and future appointments and sure enough, some are off.
We call support get with much effort we discover together that the last settings are remembered the next time. I believe, if you reinstall your browser or clear the cache, those settings are lost.
Today, one of the receptionists checked an upcoming appointment and tells me that…

Have a work space for each contact for ongoing work
I would like a note or workspace that stays visible beside each contact name so that I can have my on going work visable.
For example - you want to keep a list of your next steps for a client or remember something very important going on with them... I would like this as a unlimited character workspace that is always visible so I don't have dig through the notes.4 votes -
Allow more than 5000 characters in notes
The character limit of 5,000 when entering a note for a client is far too low!! I'm constantly running up against this limit and having to make other arrangement (e.g. save separate document in files, split the note into two separate notes.
This is very frustrating as it makes following a set of notes much more complicated. This problem can be alleviated by increasing the limit to 20,000 characters or more or no limit at all!
