  1. Address book - auto search when in address book view

    The upgrade implemented Apr2021 has removed the address book search functionality where you can start typing the name of contact or entry you wish to locate and the list automatically jumps to that name in the address book list. I've spoken to support and was told this feature was removed, and now the only way to search or 'jump to' a client name quickly is to access the search bar at the top. For us, this means leaving the address book, entering the name and picking one which then changes my default address book view so I then have to…

  2. Data fields to perform validation on user entered input

    In (most) fields that expect a date value (eg: Data UDFs, System Fields, Searching, Dashboards), if we are allowing free-text for entering dates, perform validation on the date before accepting it as valid input, and return a "not valid" pop-up in cases where it can't be converted to a real datetime value.

  3. Rollout of Quick Access search icons to users/groups.

    Please add a method to rollout Quick Access icons/searches to multiple users.
    Currently if you create a common Quick Access search (eg account number), the quick access icon needs manually installing by each user individually.

  5. Have a work space for each contact for ongoing work

    I would like a note or workspace that stays visible beside each contact name so that I can have my on going work visable.
    For example - you want to keep a list of your next steps for a client or remember something very important going on with them... I would like this as a unlimited character workspace that is always visible so I don't have dig through the notes.

  6. Group / Team Descriptions

    Often times Security Groups and Sales Teams are created by one regime and inherited by the next one. As such, the intended purpose for many Groups / Teams is lost over time. It would nice to support some of the attributes found in the UDF Setup functionality:

  7. Clean up user objects without deleting the User ID

    When a user stops working for a company, most people will delete that user ID from the database. However, by doing so, the user is no longer available and stops showing up in various search functions (Case Owner, Opportunity Team Leader, etc.). For historical reference purposes, it would be good to keep the User ID around. However, doing this results in the various Column Setup / Favorite List / Coloring Rules / Search Catalog / Dashboard / Email Template / Action Plan screens becoming cluttered with data of users that no longer work for the company.

  8. accessability

    Software needs to be accessible to those with disabilities or compatible with accessibility software like ZoomText, JAWS and Voice Over.

    I will use the term Universal instead of accessible because I believe business should make their products/services universal so anyone of any age, race, gender or ability can use it independently.

    I was told via Online Chat that Maximizer is not yet universal (accessible). I would encourage this to be changed. If you cannot make the software accessible on its on I do suggest partnering with ZoomText, or JAWS or the team at Apple that works on VoiceOver to ensure…

  10. Quick modify task date

    Create a quite way to modify a task date. Currently you have to either edit the task and change the date or select Modify Task Date from the Hotlist menu. A right-click option would be ideal to be able to quickly push tasks forward.

  11. External auditing

    Create a better, more concise mechanism for saving, exporting, or sharing documents including embedded emails with external auditors. Currently you can create a note report for notes but you have to select and email documents to yourself to save or share with an external auditor. Email type documents cannot be shared in this fashion but if logging is enabled then the info should be captured in notes.

  12. Web Access Template Library - Upload HTML Directly

    The Telerik RadEditor control leaves a lot to be desired for editing Case Notification templates. It reformats HTML in some undesirable ways. In the legacy Windows Access Administrator, Case Notification templates could be imported directly from pre-existing HTML files, but this feature is not available in the Web Access Template Library. The Web Access Template Library needs to be extended to allow pre-created HTML content to be uploaded without needing to use the Telerik RadEditor control.

  13. Please bring back the "History" tab!

    The "History" tab on entries was extremely helpful to me. When other people made changes to entries, I could see who made the change, when it happened, etc. I was able to make sure I didn't miss details, and that they were instead added after I first viewed the entry (sample request). Without this, I won't be able to see if any edits were made, and I will definitely miss alterations made to sample requests, resulting in mistakes. Please bring the history tab back!!

  14. Combine Address Book, User-defined fields, Notes, Documents, Contacts, Hotlist, and e-mail in one view.

    The desktop version of Maximizer enabled the user to view 'tiles' of the Company/Individual/Contact record in the Address Book with User-defined fields, (other) Contacts, Notes, Documents, Hotlist, and an Outlook display -- all in one view, without switching screens.

    As you know, the Maximizer LIVE screen enables the user to see the Address Book data and User-defined fields, and EITHER the (other) Contacts, or Notes, or Documents, or Hotlist, with no view of e-mail.

    I've gotten used to this limitation, but I would be able to work much faster if the lag-time between switching screens between Contacts, Notes, Documents, Hotlist,…

  15. "Allow Public Entries" Expansion

    In most cases, the "allow public entries" is really limited to whether the user can create public Address Book entries or not. However, I think the concept is more granular than that.

    I want users to be able to create public Address Book Entries, Notes, and Documents - but for the vast majority of users, I do not want them creating public Column Setups / Search Catalogs / Email Templates / etc. Often times, users will create these items without realizing what the implications are and it leads to clutter across the program.   17. option to save email to notes

    Let me choose where to save emails. It is more convenient to have everything on the notes tab. Things get missed when the emails are on the interactions page.

  18. Button to Clear All Notifications

    I’ve got a notification alert setup for when I’m assigned as Account Manager on an address book record, but with any global edit to that field I’m bombarded with notifications and have to clear them one-by-one to reclaim the rightmost 1/5th of my screen.

    Request: When there are more than one notification toasts displayed to the user, include a button to "Clear All"

  19. Interactions workflow adds clicks for the user

    There are too many clicks now when logging a call. If you want to log that you made a call and left a message it has gone from 2 clicks to 7!

    Even the recording of call that you connect on adds clicks to start the timer - when this used to be on by default

  20. "See" Password

    Please add the feature to "See" password when typing it. Client has blocked herself so many time over 3 days and keep having to reset because you are not able to see your password when typing it in.
