  4. Need to be able to print individual client interactions as we used to print out individual notes for compliance reasons.

    Now that the phone calls get logged under interactions we are not able to print notes pertaining to individual phone calls as we used to when they were logged under our notes tab. This is a very important feature as currently we get compliance screening daily and we have to be able to attach individual client trade notes pertaining to specific conversations. PLEASE EITHER MAKE INTERACTIONS ABLE TO BE PRINTED OR MOVE THE PHONE CALL NOTES BACK TO THE NOTES TAB URGENTLY!!!!

    Thank you for your feedback. You can print the interactions for a particular client by following steps:

    1. Selecting the client in the list 
    2. Go to Reports > Address Book Interactions Report. 
    3. In the report, select "All selected entries" from the first drop-down. 
    4. If you only want to print the phone calls, select "Phone Call" from the Interaction field. You can also leave the field blank which allows you to print all interaction types. 
    5. Click the RUN button to generate the report.
    6. Turn on Show Details option. 
    7. Export the report to PDF


    We have received many similar feedback. In the short term, we plan to move the phone call notes back to the product so you can work the same way as before.  We will continue to improve the interaction related functions so you can see all the interactions and manual notes in one place and provide you better reports.


  5. Intelligent Links in Address Book and Opportunity Views

    Change the functionality of Links within the Views to be specific to the list itself.

    For instance when viewing Opportunities if you click on the Company/Individual link, it takes you to the Opportunity view rather than the view of that company or individual. While you can do this via a right click/select, it would be easier and intuitive to directly link to that entity.

    Other smart links could be created:
    - email address - opens default email client
    - phone number - automatically opens a, make call, note
    - other fields - would open the Opportunity/Address Book and make that…

  8. Ability to change the color scheme

    I've had some requests from my team to be able to change the highlighted column (or other) colors in Max CRM live.We just want to be able to change the general color scheme and customize it for each.Changing anything in the color scheme would be nice. Our employees are accustomed to the offline version up until a couple of years ago. We could previously change anything in the color scheme.

  9. Add an Un-Delete facility for recovering records deleted by mistake

    When deleting a Contact I have inadvertently deleted the whole company record.
    The only way to recover the record is to have my Maximizer Consultant recover the backup then re-mount the entire database before he can transfer the record at a cost of almost $700.
    An Un-Delete option is the solution to this expensive inconvenient issue. Daria was planning this enhancement in 2016, has there been progress??

  10. project management

    We have used Maximizer for 25-30(?) years to win Sales.
    For 20(?) odd years we have managed our deliverables (once we have won the Sale) using Customer Service (CS).
    Cust Serv works well but a modified version integrated with the(a) Calendar would produce a Project Management Module.
    Every Maximizer Client needs to do something, process a property sale, manage a share portfolio, build a Water Tank (in our case)...?
    Those who can afford an ERP might not use Maximizer but the rest of us need a Project/Process Managment program, why not very simply incorporate it into Maximizer? Happy to show…

  11. Add status filter in the Outlook add-in Opportunities search

    Please add a Status filter into the Outlook add-in Opportunities search. At the current time, the automatic search (first window) lists In Progress opportunities only (if any), and the manual search lists all status opportunities only. We would like to be able to filter the manual search to a particular status, e.g. In Progress, or Won, etc.

    Similar to the Status filter that now exists in the Outlook add-in Cases search.

  15. Allow Yes/No fields without default

    Please allow Yes/No fields which are empty until a deliberate Yes/No choice is made. At present when a new entry is created all the Yes/No fields are populated with their default values automatically (and in the case of Opp and CS entries a whole set of history notes are logged "User U set the field F to X"). There are situations in which this behaviour of defaulting a field (and logging notes) is wrong, and not just misleading. For example in a customer feedback application it can appear that the customer has answered all questions because all the Yes/No fields…

  16. Enable keyboard-entry date and time shortcuts

    The desktop version provided keyboard short-cuts to input dates and times, enabling me to keep my hands on the keyboard and my eyes on the screen continuously.

    Maximizer LIVE instead forces me to constantly remove my right hand from the keyboard and shift my gaze from the screen to locate the mouse, grab it, find the cursor, move the cursor to the pertinent dialog box, search for the applicable date and time, and click it to make my selections, then return my right hand to the keyboard.

    It would be MUCH less-disruptive to my workflow and faster if the capability…

  17. Search by full name

    How is it that we can simply type in Christian and Last name when creating an Appointment to search for an Individual or Contact.
    Yet we can't do the same in the Addressbook search box?
    The fastest way by far of locating a contact or individual is to type Christian and Last name which will always have the least duplicates.
    Can the Addressbook search box get the Appointment functionality?

  18. Create option to prompt 'Activities' update after completing 'Notes' entry

    I typically add a note upon completing what I am prompted to do by a Hotlist 'to-do' task. But all-too-often, I forget to either mark the Hotlist 'to-do' task as completed, or -- as is the nature of my workflow -- to revise the Hotlist 'to-do' task to schedule my next task with that particular contact.

    An option to set-up the 'Notes' for prompting me to either mark the Hotlist 'to-do' task as completed, or revise/update the Hotlist 'to-do' task would help me make sure that I don't allow follow-up's to 'fall through the cracks' that jeopardize the process of…

  19. Delete interactions record

    If you delete a task or appointment it automatically deletes the related record but when you log a call and realize it was recorded against the wrong record you can delete the note that was logged but it does not delete the related interaction record.

  20. Address Book Permission Refinement

    Currently, user / group permissions control access to the "Address Book" as a single entity. However, there are frequently cases where the permissions need to be more granular than this.

    For example, a customer has no use for the concept of "Individuals" and they want to prevent users from inadvertently adding this kind of record into the database. Currently, the only front-end solution is to deploy a MenuBuilder customization which removes all references to "Individuals" from the various record creation menus.

    Ideally, this should be handled by separating the user / group permissions into buckets for:

    • Company
    • Individual
    • Contact
