Adding contact name to calendar appointment by default
Please put the contact name in the calendar appointment box by default. I'm constantly having to open my appointments to see who it is with, unless I'm on my iphone where it is integrated.

Return appointments workday
Appointments which have not been completed should be visible in My Workday. Maximizer users who are on the road use this to follow up appointments with task or other appointments as soon as they are back at the office.
This feature has been disabled in the Summer 2013 of Maximizer. Please enable it again in a future upgrade.
63 votesWe improved hotlist module in Maximizer 2016 release. More options have been added into the Hotlist filter. You can now see multiple users’ activities. You can also display unfinished appointments in the Hotlist module by using filter options "show appointements (show carried forward unfinished appointments). Once the tasks have been assigned to other users, they are removed from your Hotlist and it is hard to track the status of these tasks. Now you have the option in Hotlist filter to view the tasks created by you but assigned to other users. If this doesn’t solve the issue, can you please provide more details on the use case.

We would like to see a Preference to turn off the reminders in Appointments.
In Version 12 (and Summer 2012), the reminder email for appointments is now set to default with no way to turn this feature off. Many of our users do not want this feature and there is no way currently to turn it off.

Google Chrome Support
When I open the webapp in Chrome, it says that the browser is not supported. Chrome is one of the most used browsers in the world!

Combining an Individual to become a Contact of A Company
Currently (Maximizer CRM 12), it is impossible to Combine an Individual to become a Contact of a Company. In order to do this, an intermediate step is required: the Individual has to be converted into a Company first. The Individual then becomes a Contact of a Company and can be Combined into another Company.
It would be great if the intermediate step of converting an Individual into a Contact of a Company could be eliminated in a future version.

Adding document should automatically get the name from the file being saved
While adding a document for a contact, if you don't give it a name Maximizer saves it as an untitled document. It should get the name from the file automatically.

Add Objective into Opportunities available for assignment list - MWA Outlook Integration
Add a column (or a popup) for Objective into the "Opportunities available for assignment" list that appears when searching in the Save Email to Opportunities in Maximizer Web Access Microsoft Outlook Integration. If there are many opportunities with a single company and contact the current window columns of Contact, Company, Status, Stage, and Close Date do not help tell the opportunities apart.
54 votesHi, this has already been implemented. You can define your preferred column setup (you can add Objective column for your use case) on Maximizer and use it when you’re searching for opportunities using Outlook add-on. Just select “Change column view” and pick the specific view you prefer.

Option to include/exclude completed tasks from the hotlist
A check box that allows the user to hide/show completed tasks. Where you have a large number of tasks, or you are viewing a wide range of dates, completed tasks tend to muddle the view and removing them from the list each time you refresh is an irritation.
53 votes[implemented] Hi, we’ve implemented this already. You can go to Hotlist and then click the filter icon (around the top right corner of the window. From there you can uncheck to option to show completed tasks. This will give you the view you are looking for. Hope this helps.

The option to Combine two companies seems to be missing from the Web client

CSV Import Notes
In the desktop product is the ability to map a field to a Note against the AB record - this needs to work the same in the web access/CRM Live environment

Maximizer compatibility with '64Bit' Outlook
Maximizer needs to be COMPATIBLE with '64Bit Outlook'.
Going forward, a large number of PC's are being sold with 64Bit software nowadays, and many customers are upgrading to 64Bit Operating systems; therefore the Integration between Maximizer and 64Bit Outlook is a must!!!52 votesFor Maximizer CRM web access (on premise and CRM Live), we now fully support 64bit Outlook. Multi-day Appointments
Right now, there's no direct option to book multi-day appointments. The work around is to make a 'daily' recurring appointment and set the start/end date accordingly.
For example, booking appointments for vacation, multi-day conferences, etc.
51 votesYou don't need to create daily recurring appointments for multi-day appointment. You can create multi-day appointments by select a different end date. You can also create multi-day all-day appointments.

49 votesThis has now been added to a recent release, such that the Timed Notes feature can started from a Lync or Skype call.
The configuration to set this up is located un Administration\Preferences\System Options where you can setup the VOIP/IM Integration.
Once configured here, it can be accessed from the Details Tab of the Address book using the little phone and note pad icon under the address info. -
Single Sign On (SSO) in the Cloud
More and more customers are asking for two things that currently don't sit well together in Maximizer. Single Sign On and Maximizer in the Cloud.
If your Maximizer server is in a private cloud it is possible to add it to your Windows Domain and use Active Directory for Single Sign On (SSO), however this is not normally the case when using Maximizer in the cloud.
Microsoft provide ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services) to allow external web applications (like Maximizer) to use Active Directory for SSO without the need to add the web server to the domain. Microsoft are not…

Store emails in its own tab outside of Documents
Right now, emails are are stored in the documents section. It would help tremendously if emails can have its own tab and be viewable like Notes (sorting by date, etc.)

Date Search rolling range options
There exists the ability to select various date ranges eg Current Fiscal Quarter, but one to include the last (or in fact next) X months would be great ie Last 1, 2 3 4, 6 or 12 months

Icon improvements are always a work in progress. In Winter 12 we have extended icon support allowing you, in some cases, to select your own (such as in Appointments and Tasks). In other areas, R&D is looking at revamping the UI to bring consistency to the application which will include some newer icons.

On the mobile web client when you use a touch device the option you touch should open.
Instead of having to find a touch button the side of the screen and hope that it is lined up with say ..the Company that you are trying to open, touching the Company name should open the company.
