CABC do have a good solution for this today as an add-on, ask about our web leads application at www.cabc.co.uk

Hi Connie,
This is only a partial solution, as it just a web-form capture point with email and a convenient insert mechanism. What I believe is really needed might be called a "web login front-end" that allows new/existing user signup (so like the Customer Portal but able to integrate into any existing website). Maybe separate feature requests but here is what I think should be included:
- Real-time update of the database (thoroetically possible for IIS hosted sites, which are the minority)
- Repeat login to the form for existing records
- Multi-factor match to existing entries
- Email addresses based validation of user
- Simple "Include" file that can return current login status for site/page restriction
- Logging of visits to a records Notes and UDFs
- Option to trigger Hotlist, Case or Opportunity actions based on user behaviour -
This is already available through the Web Form Wizard in Windows Access. For more information on how to use this feature, please consult pg. 359 in the following guide: http://download.maximizer.com/MaxCRM12/Docs/MaxCRM_UserGuide.pdf Ideally, it will help if the person implementing the connection has some technical knowledge with web forms.
If you would like further help with this request, please contact our Professional Services experts.

It is very important, since I can put one form in my website to my client fill and will be registred automaticaly in my base. Including can create one new task, CS or opportunities!
