Maximizer Mobile app - multiple currencies
It seems in the opportunity preview on the CRM 2018 mobile app, the currency is ALWAYS in Dollars. We use ZAR (South African Rand) but it doesn't update in the mobile application. Please update Maximizer, so this is corrected.
Only when you open the opportunity in Maximizer mobile does it show the correct currency you are working in. This is a system glitch that needs to be fixed.33 votes -

iphone handling of alpha UDF's needs improving
If there is a text udf field with more than 36 characters with an iPhone you can't edit any further than the 36 characters.
Tap to bring up key board then hold to mark where the edit to take place. Drag to right and curser won't go past the box edge and the text won't scroll to the left. This was a problem on the old version and no change on the latest v2017R2.12 votes -

It would be great when searching a company on mobile, to have the ability to view the contact's title when searching.

Mobile Access to have a Preference for whether to show blank keyfield UDF's or not
Often it would be of benefit to have all UDF's in a Keyfield setup showing, whether they are empty or not. Sure the option exists each time to hit the button to show the empty ones, but why not make it a Preference to take away the effort every time

Hollidays like Christmas are not visible in the Mobile Access
When you check your calendar in the MobileAccess., you do not see the special hollidays like Good Friday or Christmas.

Show all addresses in the Mobile Access
Hi, We have customers who have set up multiple addresses per company. E.g. Visiting address, P.O. Box etc. In Mobile access only the selected address is listed. For mobile access mostly you go to the Visiting address. In Webaccess you will just use the PO Box address to merge to a document. So this is a huge conflict in use of the Mobile users and the users that want to use the addresses for Merges with MS WORD. My idea is to have an option to show each address in the Mobile Access, Users should each set it for themselves…

Change the customization Resource_ID FLD_ABOOK_ADDR to multiple customization ID's
My request is to split the FLD_ABOOK_ADDR Resource_ID in multiple Resource ID's. When I customize this ID to a different value, Address line 1 and 2 will both be changed in the Mobile Access. The 1: and 2: that are displayed in the Mobile Access are not a part of the Resource ID. So we can't even change that part.
In the webaccess you can seperately customize the Address line 1 and 2. so this should be the same as the mobile access customization.9 votes -

Workflow and field names for appointments on the mobile and full web version should match. E.g. Description (full web version), Notes (mobile) version. Also given the importance of the 'Description/Notes' it would be better if the default wasn't to have this field collapsed, on the mobile version.

Adding a task on the mobile and full web version differ but should be consistent.
Adding a task on the mobile and full web version differ. when adding a task under a contact on the mobile you can toggle between 'Personal task' and 'Task with' however on the full web version you cannot.

Add a conflict check for booking a resource via mobile
We've encountered 'double booking' in a boardroom on 2 occasions now in the past few weeks because there is no conflict checking for a resource. For example if I set a meeting on my phone, and book a resource (boardroom) it will allow me to do so even though another user may already have the boardroom booked. We need a conflict check. Better still would be to have the option of seeing the resource in your calendar via your phone same as you do on your desktop/laptop.

The mobile access opportunities search basic fields label Company should read Company/Individual. The search works for either.

Show all of appointment header in Mobile version.
Critical info is often missed when viewing appointments on a phone because it cuts off after so many characters and does not break at the end of the line.

Email a link that takes a user directly to a record
Our sales people are always on the road and when a client calls, we send an email to the sales person for them to call the client. To do so, we either have to send them the name and phone number or they have to try and do a search in Maxmobile. It would be so much easier if you could send them a link that would take them directly to the clients record so they have easier access to all the clients information instead of having to try and do a search and hope you recall how to spell…

When you log in to Maximizer Mobile Access, the Calendar/Hotlist will show your tasks and appointments for the current day by default, and you can display your overdue tasks by tapping the menu button and selecting "Show Overdue Tasks". Unfortunately however, there is currently no preference or setting available that would allow you to select the overdue tasks view as the default view when you first log in to Mobile Access. If you'd like to see something like this added in a future Maximizer version, I would encourage you to share your ideas with Maximizer's product management team
