To become truly mobile we need the ability to delete appointments and tasks in the mobile app.

Allow the mobile app some basic functions
I would like to be able to easily look up contacts on my phone, call them and/or email them from my phone. At present, the phone mobil app is nearly unusable to me.

Link new appointments to case, opp or lead
The ability to now add appointments and tasks directly on the Today page of the mobile app is huge!
1. Providing the ability to link them to a lead, case or opp
2. Conflict resolution honouring the desktop
3. Sending email or email with ICS

the mobile app is able to show custom fields that are configured in the key field groups of a record.

Clickable links in mobile app
Unable to click on a URL in mobile app and launch that site. We are focused on having a formula URL bring up a dashboard in a BI tool but even the website URL is not clickable. We are allowed to copy but that is clumsy relative to having the formula URL (and all URLs) be active.

In the new Interactions tab, you can search for emails by attachment name.

Able to Type a Period (.) within a Company Name when Retrieving an Existing Company in the Address Book
You can't retrieve a Company in the Address Book that has a Period (.) in the name by typing it out - you have to scroll down since the period isn't recognized when being typed.

Intuitive Keyboard strokes
Prior to the recent update I could type the first couple of letters of a contact name and it would go to the contact. Now, I have to do a "search", then type the name and it finds it. But it also removes all others from the screen until I undo the search. No matter what the different options are to create the search, having the ability to simply type the first couple of letters of a name while in contacts is the simplest, most efficient and productive way. PLEASE put that options back in the program

Add the ability to import Service Cases from .csv, .xlsx, tab-delimited, etc.
It would be ideal if Customer Service cases could be imported into Maximizer using a File Import Process such as .csv, .xls, tab-delimited, etc., where the Customer Service case would be added to an existing entry controlled by the Address Book IDentification or added as a new Individual to the Address Book controlled by the IDentification. It would be similar to importing Opportunities.

1 voteEmails are treated as interactions now. In 2022 R1 release, you can set a category for an email in Outlook or Maximizer email compose dialog.

Change black favicon to a green one so we can see it.
Please change the favicon for Maximizer Live. It is currently black so when you drag the IE page down to your taskbar, it is black on black and becomes invisible. If you changed the favicon to the green that you have in your logo at the top of this page, then it would be visible and easy to Identify.
The Maximizer website favicon is green so why not the Maximizer Live website too?

Task Organization by Context or Category
A massive improvement would the ability to categorize tasks. David Allen pretty much destroys the idea of using "high/medium/low" to organize tasks (Todos) in https://gettingthingsdone.com/ as it is worse than useless to prioritize/organize tasks this way (just clutter). The productive way to organize them is by context. Sales Call, Admin Task, Project, Waiting For, etc. that I customize to my needs. And please don't tell me to use the task description field for that.

Custom note filter for existing list
We would like to see a custom note filter (like the one that existed in the Windows product) which makes it possible for a user to search notes by text and date range for an existing list in the address book window.

UDF for Leads records in the new Leads Module
The new Leads Management Module is a big step forward ! Maximizer becomes modern and intuitive for users !

Select All / De-Select All Buttons in Outlook Toolbar
When sending an email to a colleague about a client that's stored in the Address Book, multiple matches for that colleague's email address are often found in the database. This also seems to happen frequently when Business Partners are involved - they are often times added as Contacts to the Companies they represent.
