Hotlist Task Activity limited to 255 characters
Hotlist Task Activity has too little space to write. There should be a way to increase this? Number of characters to be set? I understand the idea of Maximizer that each time a new task must be created, and the old one moves to historical (completed). For us that is not very practical. Moreover we find it patronizing that Maximizer is to determine how we should work.

Ability to add contact e-mail column to opportunities
There is no option to add the contact e-mail into opportunities.
You can add the company e-mail however when following up opportunities and exporting information for various functions, it would be handy to have this option as surely most people want to contact the actual contact assigned rather than the main company e-mail.This is imperative to our business.

In CRM Live can you extend the time so that the program does not log out as often
Is it possible to have the time period be longer than it currently set to? I find that the system logs out rather quickly and would like to be in CRM Live longer before I get logged off.

Edit Quick Access Icons
My quick access icons were already set up for me from my administrator. The problem is they are all the same clock icon. It would be amazing if there was an ability to go back and change these up so I could fully utilize quick access at it's best.

Create a native Mobile App for Android and iOS
Although the Mobile website of Maximizer works okay, I would like to see a native app built for Maximizer Mobile. This would stay on your device and could provide offline access to contacts. You could build it a lot like the app that was designed for Blackberry but extend it to Android and iOS platforms.

Single Sign On (SSO) in the Cloud
More and more customers are asking for two things that currently don't sit well together in Maximizer. Single Sign On and Maximizer in the Cloud.
If your Maximizer server is in a private cloud it is possible to add it to your Windows Domain and use Active Directory for Single Sign On (SSO), however this is not normally the case when using Maximizer in the cloud.
Microsoft provide ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services) to allow external web applications (like Maximizer) to use Active Directory for SSO without the need to add the web server to the domain. Microsoft are not…

Full Access & Read Access Fields no longer available in the Global Edit function
I use the Full Access field to designate Archived records or when transferring records from one user to another. Archived fields are updated on a weekly basis and I used to use the Global Edit function to batch edit these records.
As an example, today I have 45 records to archive and now have to change the Full Access field manually in each individual record - what a waste of time.Please reinstate these fields to being available in the Global Edit function as a matter of urgency.

Read and Full Access not available for Global Edit 2018
As in the title stated, the Full and Read access of the records are not available in the new Global Edit option in 2018. (These fields can only be edited through the windows application on the server) Please add these fields.

recurring tasks
Request from a client to have the option to create recurring tasks. Soem client's you need to call on a montly basis = this way you only need to schedule 1 task for all "Monday's" for the next year.

Formula Date Fields
Formula UDF fields: need a function like Today and Isblank for dates. Comparison with eg. Dispatch Date will show overdue if Receipt Date is blank and Today - Dispatch Date is more than eg. 7 days. Then we can show any deliveries that are overdue in eg. red.

Attach an email to a customer service case or an opportunity through outlook.
Our company would really benefit from being able to attach an email to a customer service case or an opportunity through outlook. Now that you have removed the Email feature in Maximizer Web, our web users are unable to attach email to Opps or Cases. This is a very important feature that we lost when we upgraded.

Adding contact name to calendar appointment by default
Please put the contact name in the calendar appointment box by default. I'm constantly having to open my appointments to see who it is with, unless I'm on my iphone where it is integrated.

Save Selected Emails to Customer Service Cases & Opportunities
We can currently save Emails to Client or Contact records. We can also, through the Maximizer CRM Email window, start a new Customer Service Case or Opportunity.
It would be great to to be able to also save an email directly to a CS Case or an Opp. That way, users could directly save Emails to the relevant CS Case or Opportunity.

Saving emails with attachments
There should be something visual to let the user know that the email saved in the documents tab has an attachment. Currently we need to open each one at a time.

Pin the Maximizer shortcut to the Windows 7 taskbar properly
If you pin the Maximizer shortcut to the Windows 7 taskbar, it adds the icon correctly, but when you open Maximizer, it puts another icon to the right instead of putting a border round the existing icon, which is the correct way to display open programs in Windows 7.
Steps to reproduce:
Right-click the shortcut for Maximizer (MaxWin.exe) and select "Pin to Taskbar"
Click on the Maximizer icon on the taskbar to launch Maximizer.
Another icon appears to the right.
Pin any other program (eg: Microsoft Word) to the taskbar and launch it.
