Attach an email to a customer service case or an opportunity through outlook.
Our company would really benefit from being able to attach an email to a customer service case or an opportunity through outlook. Now that you have removed the Email feature in Maximizer Web, our web users are unable to attach email to Opps or Cases. This is a very important feature that we lost when we upgraded.

Maximizer - please can you mark this as Implemented?
The ability to save emails to Opportunities using the Maximizer Web Access Outlook toolbar was added in the Summer 2012 release, and saving emails to Customer Service Cases was added in the Winter 2012 release of Maximizer CRM 12.

Hi Daniel, I agree and sympathise with you. There are already several suggestions for this:
Saving emails from Outlook to Opportunities will be available in the "Summer Release" (v12 SR1) which is due out soon.
However, saving emails to Customer Service Cases will not be added just yet, so I recommend you vote for the 2nd suggestion that is still open, or create a new suggestion and let me know so I can vote for it too?
